Pratyusha Banerjee Diwali means enjoying with family and having lots of sweets but at the same one must avoid bursting of crackers. I love to have sweets and decorate the house with lot of diyas. Of late, I have realized that crackers are not good for the environment both in terms of air pollution and sound pollution, so I have planned to celebrate an environment friendly Diwali. When I was a child, I used to get so excited about Diwali and celebrated the day with all my friends and family. This Diwali, I request all my fans to have a safe, happy, and an environment friendly Diwali. Happy Deepawali! |
Shashank Vyas Given that I am shooting throughout the year, Diwali is a period that I get to spend together at home in blissful solitude. Diwali means a lot of revelry and fireworks. I will be spending time with my family members in my hometown having lot of sweets. As a child, I used to relish bursting crackers with my father as that was my idea of fun for Diwali. But when I grew up and saw a child playing frivolously with the crackers, I could not stop myself and ran out to stop the kids and explain them how to have a safe Diwali. While hoping everyone has a safe Diwali, May the lamps of joy, illuminate your life and fill your days with bright sparkles of peace, mirth and goodwill. | |||
