He turned and left towards his car leaving her shocked while geet was standing there numb.He sat in the car and saw that geet was still standing there

She stood there with her head down and maan was getting angry seeing her.He came out of the car and stood near her

Maan was going to drive when geet stopped him

Tears started to flow from her eyes because of his words because she didn't regret whatever that has happened.Maan started to drive and he was very angry at her.

As they reached home maan left the car as soon as possible without taking geet.Geet was sitting there and crying.She wiped her tears and and went inside.Maan went to the rooma and switched on the AC and took his clothes and went inside the washroom.He stood under the shower trying to calm himself.Geet entered the room and saw that maan was not inside.She heard the sound of water so she assumed that he was in washroom.She went and sat on the sofa and after sometime she started to shiver as her clothes were wet and the AC was also on.She was trying to find the remote of AC but could not get it and so finally she sat on the sofa and slept feeling tired thinking that she will get up once maan comes out.Maan came out after one hour purposely and saw that she was sleeping wearing the same clothes.He switched off the lights and slept without eating his dinner because he was not feeling to have it

At midnight

**THUD**

Maan woke up due to the sound

Maan:yeh awaaz kaisi hai

He switched on the lights and saw that geet was lying on the floor

Maan:aur koi kaam nahi hai isse

He stood up and went near her.He was going to call her when an evil plan struck his mind

Maan:aaj tumhare kaaran main bheega hoon ab main tumhe maaza chakaata hoon

He went to the kitchen and brought a jug of cold water with ice cubes in it.He stood near her and threw all the cold water on her body and ran keeping the jug.He switched off the lights and pretended to sleep.He waited for five minutes but she didn't get up.He again waited for some more time but she was not getting up

Maan:yeh abhi tak aayi kyu nahi hai

He switched on the lights and saw that she was still there on the floor.He came near her calling her

Maan:geeet geet

Geet:?

Maan:geet utho mazak karna band karo

Geet:?

Maan:kahi isse kuch ho toh nahi gaya

He bend down and touched her cheeks and was shocked she was burning.He touched her forehead and it was also hot.He was trying to wake her up but she was not getting up

Maan:yeh maine gusse main aake kya kar diya agar isse kuch ho gaya toh

He lifted her in his arms and carried her to the bed and covered her with the blanket.He switched off the AC and was trying to wake her up but she was not getting up.

Maan:ab main kya karu iske kapre bhi bheege hua hai geet utho

Geet:??

Maan:mujhe hi iske kapre badalne hoge

He opened her cupboard and took her night suit

Maan:main isse yeh kaise pehna sakta hoon yeh toh bohut tight hai

He was trying to search for loose fitting kurti but could not find it so he took his kurta and went near her.He made her sit and switched off the lights and geet was totally leaning on him.

He opened the dori of the kurta and slowly lifted the kurti.

His hands accidentally touched her back and it was burning hot.He carefully changed her dress and covered her properly with the blanket.

He brought a medicine for her from the kit and somehow gave her the medicine making sure that she swallowed it.He was now feeling very sorry for what he did.He went inside the blanket near har and geet was shivering very badly.Maan pulled her towards himself and hugged her tight rubbing her arms .Maan lightly kissed her forehead and kept lookind at her face

Maan:I am sorry geet

He drifted to sleep with geet was sleeping in his arms
