Part- 13

Radhika held her hands tight on Dev's biceps as the plane took off. Dev looked at her with a chirpy smile on his corner lips. Her eyes were closely tightened as the force took her up from the land. She felt a kind of floated feeling.. Her nervousness was clearly felt by Dev by her tightening and loosing grip.. Minutes ticked by.. Finally he felt the relief as she loosened her grip..

Dev: RAdhika , you can open your eyes now, you are safe..

Radhika slowly opened her eyes and looked around.. It was all white and blue chunks floating in front of her eyes...' she looked down through the oval window, but could see only the white spread beneath. She looked back at him with an amazing expression...'

"how is it?"..Dev asked..

RAdhika tried to smile.." nice'.

Dev: "I never thought it can be that scary for you"..

RAdhika: ?, ...No I was not, not at all.. tried to straighten herself..

Dev: so you are not scared..?

Radhika with confidence: nope.. not at all.

Dev: then what is this? Pointing to his upper arm..

RAdhika: what? And looked at where he pointed.. her eyes gone wild as she saw the nail marks on his upper arm..

RAdhika in embarrassment: why don't you wear long sleeves, at least during our trip.. Why you need to wear this short sleeve dress for a trip...

Dev in his lowest voice: Ms. Shivpur, so problem is with my sleeves now.. Ok, I will change it once we get there. Ok.. now you can take that belt off if you want..

RAdhika looked at him as he was taking it off'...but then: no, no I am fine.. I feel more comfortable with this on...'

Dev tried to control his smile again: ok, so you are not scared!..

Radhika in a very cool way: no, I am not..

"sir, juice, water, or any other drink".. a sweet voice grabbed their attention.. Dev smiled and ordered for them.. and then looked at RAdhika and tried to control his smile...'

As they were sipping onto their drinks..

RAdhika: Why dadi selected Paris..?

Dev: "why Paris.. because.." but she interrupted him

Radhika: because Paris has the oldest and famous gardens and the river Seine adds beauty to those gardens..it will be more lovable to see such place..

Dev got surprised listening to RAdhika's talk on Paris.. Everyone first relate Paris with the famous Eiffel Tower .. but here she is , he looked at her face.. she was continuing in trance.. " I have to walk on those crowded streets holding onto your arms.. I have to see those flowers which may be dancing with the wind, how they can be happy being in the middle of that loud noises of people around along with the funky sounds of horns".. "you tell me.. will they be happy where they are, how many colors may be there na.. , Tell me, what you think?'

He sat in a relaxed posture as she rested her head on his shoulder keeping her eyes open to that oval window, watching the clouds flying away near to her eyes...'. but her eyes were seeing the flowers in that imaginary garden'.. And her lips were moving with each scenery...'.

It was already dark as they stepped into their hotel room.

Dev circled his arms around her at waist level and held her closer and said: whenever you are closer to me like this, I feel like I am in heaven and the stars around me blinking their eyes., feeling jealous seeing the brightest one near me...' saying that he placed a kiss near her earlobe.

Dev: No I am not.. Ok, let's get fresh up and have some dinner.. I am really feeling hungry.. This airplanes are going cheaper with budget cut..

Dev: No RAdhika, if we were sitting in that economy class, we might be starving by now..

DEv: I was just testing to check whether you are with me or not? or did dig yourself into the beauty of Paris..'

Dev: just joking... ok then, Go get fresh up..

Dev: so what?

RAdhika: what will I wear..

Dev: wear anything..

Dev came near: do you really need something? In his husky voice..

RAdhika: I don't know how to turn this knob?

Dev : ok let me check.. he tried to open the door, but it was locked..

Dev: RAdhika open the lock, let me check..

Radhika:one minute..

Dev opened it as he heard the click and asked RAdhika in casual: so what's it?

Radhika: I don't know how to turn the knob, and it is too tight..

Dev: which one..

Radhika: this.. pointing at the standing shower one..

he went near.. and turned it on, and the water just showered onto her head and rolled down her body..

"its too cold'.. Radhika in a shivery voice...' "uyi ma''..

Dev: one second RAdhika, let me turn it off and he tried hard saying that and then looked at the knob clearly and turned it in neutral position..

"this is fine" Radhika replied as she was getting comfy under that warm shower...'

"we came here for our honeymoon, right? Then why we need to be separate? We need to be together all the time.. This time is meant for us, only us, no one else is going to interfere our togetherness'.. saying that he joined her under the shower.. he looked at her wet hair.. he strolled his fingers through them.. "do you know how much I love your wet hair'" he placed a kiss over her forehead "and how much I love your wet rosy cheeks..' slowly it brushed down to her lips'...'and the wet lips".. his lips took over hers and she tighten her grip over her towel knot'...

"Radhikaaa, are you ok".. Dev asked in whispering voice..

"hum'.. she nodded in agreement..

'You were feeling hungry na".. she questioned in a teasing tone..

"hum, to be with you'''..his husky voice replied

"so''. Radhika loosening her arms around him..

"so what?...as he saying that he took a dry towel from the near rack and started drying... and then continued .." We will go tomorrow to see the garden..and will see the colors and will ask the flowers all that you asked me throughout.. ' ' then wrapped the towel around her and lifted her up in his arms and walked towards the bed saying 'who said you need night dress...' ha, we will buy new ones, but my choice', ok..' Radhika was smiling as his voice was trailing low...'.
