Geet woke up early to get everything ready for Ayush not that she slept at all last night. The dreams no the nightmares are coming back to her again..the same one she tired so hard to repress from her memories..the only memories she wanted to have were of her son..both of them together...she shakes herself off and decided to go to the mandir and do some shopping for his return. Today, she decided to make all of his favorite dishes. She smiles to herself and gets ready to leave the house. She goes to the mandir..she closes her eyes asking for more strength. She felt like piece by piece she is breaking slowly...him coming in front of her and Ayush bothers her...what did he wanted to say to me? Does he know the truth? Will he take Ayush away from her if he does know? She puts her hand on her heart...that is beating fast by just thinking about Ayush...no she couldn't let that happen...no matter what he says there is no way she will forgive him or let him take Ayush away regardless of the truth. She opened her eyes when she heard someone calling her...she saw an elderly lady smiling at her. She had seen her somewhere but couldn't point of where...
Geet: Am sorry ma'am do I know you?
"Yeah beti...we had met earlier at a competition in which you performed"
Geet (thoughts about it and then she knew who she was..she smiled) Ohh now I remember..here (she makes space for her to sit) you can sit here ma'am
SD: thanks beti don't call me ma'am you can call me Dadima...if you want
Geet (smiled) Thanks Dadima...its feels nice to call someone Dadima
SD: you can call me Dadima as long as you like. (she touches Geets face...Geet holds her hand and smiles at her)
Geet: Thank you
SD: Are you new here? I never seen you before in this mandir? (Geet looks at her) You see I come here almost everyday and I know everyone here...(She smiles)
Geet: Yeah..we moved here from Mumbai for a new job. I try to come here whenever I can...
SD: We?
Geet: Ayushman...he is my son...we both moved here to start afresh so to speak but I don't know that that will happen anytime soon
SD: you mean that little boy who was sitting next to me taking picture on his camera? He is your son?
Geet (laughs): Yeah...he loves to take pictures and he carries that camera everywhere he goes. At least I know what he wants to become when he grows up...
SD (smiles) yeah I can and your husband? (She looks at her mangalsture...Geet holds it in her hand looking at it..) Am sorry I don't want to intrude
Geet (holds her hand) Not at all..you allowed me to call you Dadima and you have all to ask me. (She looks at the statue sad)
SD: What happend beti?
Geet: ohh nothing...just thinking about life and how easy it is for some people to break relationships.
SD (looks at the god picture in front): Yeah...but to mend those relationships is even harder but if repentance is coming truly from heart then one should forgive
Geet: forgive? Is it really easy to forgive someone and forget?
SD: No...its never easy to forgive but it is sometime what is needed to move on. And forgetting is even harder then forgiving...that always stays with you no matter what BUT sometimes it is just better to forgive and forget...
Geet: If only Dadima...if only I could forgive and forget..but I don't think I will ever come to that point or bring myself to come to that point of forgiveness...
SD (pats her head): You would just need strength and only he (motions toward God statue) can give you that strength. I don't know what you have gone through or who gave you so much pain...(Geet looks at her) but I do know one thing..one day if god permits you will forgive...believe me it is always better for the body and soul to be at peace..
Geet (shakes her head): Dadima I have to go now..Ayush comes back today from his trip and I have to make some preperations for his return. (Dadima shakes her head okay) it was nice talking to you and thank you for listening to me (She hugs Dadima)
SD: See you soon...(Geet gets up to leave..Dadima watches her leave..."there is something in her..some pain that she is not sharing...I hope God relives her of all the pain...punditji comes up to Savitri Devi)
Punditji: Savitri Devi ji here is your parsad...(he hands it to her) kya aap uss ladki ko jante hai jisse aap baat kar rahi thi?
SD: I met her before and was surprised to see her again today...I don't know I feel like there is something about her...she says one thing but her face portrays something else...I hope God shows her the correct way soon and ease her pain
Punditji: I know...I could see it as well...

Geet walked toward the grocery store to buy Ayush his favorite food. As she was walking home after the shopping she bumped into someone causing her to drop all her bags. She bends down to pick it up and the person helps her as well. When Geet looks up smiling..her smile vanishes. She grabs her things from his hand and starts walking away.
Maan: Geet listen to me..please hear me out
Geet: I don't want to talk to you. (She stops and looks at him) Listen Mr.Khruana we might be living in the same city but our roads are very different. It doesn't suit a person of your status to come behind a person like me in public.
Maan (closes his eyes): Geet please...I want to just talk to you
Geet: About what?
Maan: I want to ask for your forgiveness...
Geet: Why? Just so you can live in peace? Why should I forgive you?
Maan: I know what I did was wrong
Geet (smirks) I don't think you do. Where were you when I was living in poverty? Where were you when my son was was crying day and night for food? Where were you when I would have men look at me with lust full of eyes and try to take advantage of my situtaion? Where were you when each and every night I would had to find a way so that MY son don't starve to death? Where were you when I had to sell all my jewelry so that I could have some money to feed my son? (Maan closes his eyes) Where were you? (She was about to walk away when Maan holds her hand..she turns around to look at him)
Maan: If you don't like me then why are you still wearing this mangalsutre and sindoor? Answer me? Why? (She snatches her hand away from him)
Geet: Don't stay in misunderstanding that just because I wear this mangalsture and sindoor it means that I still think about you. You know why I wear this (she holds it in front of him)...I wear this so that I don't have any guy look at with lust full of eyes...I wear this so that no one would dare to call my son bas..bas***d (she closes her eyes in pain) I wear this due to circumstances and if you think me wearing this will give you some hope then let me break that hope for you. I can buy any other mangalsutre...(she was about to take it off but Maan stops her)
Maan: Geet no matter what you say you are my wife
Geet: Do you have any proof? KAUN HO MAIN AAPKI? KYA LAGATI HOON MAIN AAPKI? KAUN HOON MAIN? (She holds his collar with tears) meri pehechan kya hai? (Maan holds her hand...she lets go of him and starts walking away)
Maan (calls after her): I know Ayush is my son. You can't deny it.
Geet (stops and looks at him) how can you be sure that he is your son? (she stands in front of him) Meri jasi ladki ka kya barosa...I can sleep with anyone...Aaj aap kehe rehe hai ki main aapki biwi hoon kal pata nahi koyi doosra mard kehe sakta hai ki main uski biwi hoon.
Maan: GEEETTT!!! (He gets mad and slaps her on the face...she holds her face and looks at him with tears)
Geet: good bye
She walks away in tears leaving Maan standing there with tears. He wanted to go after her but he didn't have enough strength to do so. It starts to rain...

Geet walks to the mandir dressed as a bride with her father. She looks at Maan who was waiting for her at the top of the mandir. She smiles at him and he smiles back. He extends out his hand toward Geet. She places herhand on top of his, he squeezes her hand. She closes her eyes feeling his touch. Her father brings her to the mandap, both stand opposite of each other. Padit hands Maan a garland..he holds it in front of Geet andlooks at her through it. He puts the garland around her neck. Her father gives Geet the garland and she puts it around his head looking down.

Both sit down at the mandap, she looks at him with smile. She places her hand on top of his and goes through the wedding rituals. Her father tie the knot as both of them stand up for saat pehre...He holds her hand as they walk around the fire. All that time, Geet never looked away from Maan. She looks at him with astonishment. Maan puts sindoor and mangalsture on Geet. Her father cries in happiness and blesses both
of them. He leads her down the mandir stairs as she puts her head on his shoulder and cries. Both get into the car and waves them goodbye.

Maan carries Geet into the house. Geet puts her head on his chest as he leads her to the room. She looks around shocked, every corner was decorated beautifully. He places her on the bed and looks at her. She hugs him tight "don't ever leave me...you are my everything..." He kisses her on the shoulder and gently lays her down. She closes her eyes as Maan starts removing her jewelry. He comes on top of her and kisses her on the lips..she puts her arms around him letting him lead. He makes her sit while still kissing and opens her hair...he caresses her back..and opens her dori.. Geet becomes shy and lies on her stomach. She hides her face with her hands. Maan smiles and starts placing small kisses on her back while opening her blouse...he turns her around to make her look at him. Her eyes remained closed..Maan takes his clothes off and hides both of themselves under the blanket. He starts loving her, soon both became one. She cries in happiness.."I love you Maan.." Maan stops and looks at her...she opens her eyes to look at him and smiles. He looks at her and kisses her lips...
She falls on the floor remembering the past...she looks at her wedding picture I hate you Maan...I hate you...Ayush might be your son but I won't allow you to go near him...I won't allow you to hurt him..no I have protected him all these years and will continue to do so. I will fight for him Maan. Lets see what you do.

Geet waits for Ayush to come...her eyes were still swollen from crying..it took her a lot of strength to come here..but she would do anything for Ayush. Maan sees Geet standing there alone...she seemed dazed..her body was present but her mind was else where and he knew what she must be thinking. Slowly, he made his way toward her and stood right next to her. He looks at her closely while she is staring ahead, without noticing, into space. She is still the same, same features, body everything except the eyes are filled with pain. Pain he caused her...how he wanted to hug her right now and take her home and take his son home but he knew it won't be an easy battle. He knew his first challenge, he has to awaken the same old feelings in Geet that once she felt for him. However many times she can deny it he knows he could sense and see it whenever he touches her she feels something but she is stopping herself. I won't ever hurt you again Geet..if you only would give me an another chance. He puts his arm around her waist..Geet comes out of her trance and looks at the person.
Geet: Let go of me now...(She sees the bus one by one all the kids get down. She was thankful that Ayush didn't get down from the bus yet..)
Maan (leans toward her) Just get one thing straight Geet..no matter what I will get you BOTH back into my life. You can't keep Ayush away from her father...I had let you go once but wont make that same mistake again. (he sees Ayush getting off the bus...quickly he kisses her cheek and moves back. Ayush comes and hugs Geet. Annie comes and does the same with Maan.
Ayush: Mom I have to tell you so much..and as promised I took loads of pictures.
Geet (bends down and pats his cheek) hmm okay lets go home and then you can show me everything.
Ayush: okay wait let me say bye to Annie...(he goes up to Annie and Maan) Annie I will see you on in school
Annie: Okay where are my pics?
Ayush: I will give it to you in school. I have to show it to mom first. (Maan looks at him and was about to pat him but Geet pulls Ayush away. Maan looks at her with pain)
Geet: Ayush lets go.
Ayush: Alright bye Annie. (Maan looks at Geet and Ayush walking away...he holds Annies hand and walk back to his car...)
