Disqualifications of Banners

Hello Everyone,

We had a few banners that got disqualified. I apologize on DT behalf if you think that the rules weren't apparent or should i say obvious. Some rules required reading beyond the words, which I feel is on the border line.

We had a some banners that used:
Offscreen Pictures
Some used all the characters, but not all of the pairs.

I want to be fair and give everyone the opportunity to enter the contest. I do not want to hear in the future that because of DT unclear rules their banners never got the opportunity.

I am extending two days for the members whose banners were disqualified to fix their banners and submit it to me.

Now PLEASE read: Only the members who submitted their banners before the original deadline and who had their banner disqualified are allowed to submit their banners.
I am not extending deadline for members to submit new entries this is Only for members whose banners were disqualified based unclear rules.

*phew and everyone thank you so much for being patient with me. I am really sorry for this delay. I wasn't here when the banner contest went up initially so am picking this up half way and I am relying on others as well for the update.
