Geet was sitting in the plane thinking how her life had turned upside down in a day '. She felt happy that she understood the true nature of the man she had loved so far ' but now , he no longer has a place in her heart ' the only aim in her life is to keep her family happy '.

With these thoughts running in her mind , she dint realize when the plane had reached delhi '' a black audi was waiting for her in the airport .

she quickly collected her luggage and sat in the car . Her thoughts wayward . she decided to leave all the memories behind and lead a happy life just for her parents ..

Geet : bhaiya , please stop the car near any mandir ..

Driver : jee madam .

After some time , driver stopped the car . geet got down and bought a plate for archana . she made her way through the steps and stood there before the idol and closed her eyes .. pundit ji came towards her '

Pundit : beti ??

Geet opened her eyes : ???

Pundit ji : you seem to be new here ??

Geet smiled : yes , am new here ..

Pundit ji saw the plate in her hand : you want to perform puja ??

Geet : yes , my appa is not well ..so do it for his well being '

Pundit ji : appa ??

Geet : sorry pundit ji .. I mean my dad ..

Pundit ji : which place you belong beti ??

Geet : am from Chennai pandit ji .. I came here for attending the meeting on behalf of my dad ..

Pundit ji : don't worry beti .. today is full moon .. a very spl day .. pooja gonna start now .. do wait and attend it ..

Geet : teek hai pundit ji .. I ll wait here ..

She sat there for some time near the mandir lake after the pooja got over .. she took out the photo of herself and swathik and saw it for the last time before tearing it in to pieces '..leaving all the bitter memories behind '.

(no comments regarding pics.. i just found it on facebook ... i guess he is one of her childhood frnd or something .. not in the intension of creating any rumours ..🤔)

Geet felt her heart light '..she left for the guest house '

Meeting was to start with in 2 hrs .she got ready in a simple red top and jeans '.

She reached the clients office well in 20 mins advance and made her way towards the reception .

Receptionist : welcome to Khurana construction . how may I help you ?

Geet : hai am Geet iyer from Chennai . am here to attend the meeting on behalf Mr.vaibhav Iyer ,

Receptionist : hello mam .. I ll call the person in charge . please be seated .

Geet : yea .

Geet sat in the waiting observing her surroundings . she was impressed with the office dcor . The aroma was so pleasant and fit for working ..

After 2 mins , a man in his 20's came towards her and introduced himself .

Man : hello mam . am Aditya . the head accountant of this office .

Geet : hello Mr. Aditya . am geet iyer . am here to attend the meeting on behalf of my dad Mr. Vaibhav iyer .

Adi : welcome to our office mam . we ll proceed to the conference hall . The MD is busy with the other meeting . he ll join us shortly .

With that they moved towards the hall .. the men working there left their work and started gaping at her .. geet noticed this and shot a stern look at them .. they immediately resumed with their work ..

Adi noticed this and expressed his apologies on behalf of the employees .

Geet : its okay Mr. Aditya . by the way how long ll it take for your MD to get free ??

Adi : mam I guess he ll here right by 20 mins .. please bear with it .

Geet smiled : no problem Mr. Aditya .. i feel so suffocated here . I ll be waiting outside .. just give me a call when your MD is free .

Adi did not know wat to do : mam .. you can stay in the waiting room too ..it has a garden attached ,,, you ll like it there ..

Geet : okay ..

Adi led her to the garden and excused himself on pretext of some work ..

Savitri devi was sitting at home reading a magazine . just then her phone started ringing . thinking it would be one of her friends , she sighed and picked up .

Savitri : hello '

Person : '..

Savitri : arrey tum !!! kaiso ho beta ??

Person : '..

Savitri : mai bilkul teek ho .tum ka aah raha hai ??

Person : '..

Savitri : am so happy beta . I ll call now itself and ask him to come and receive you ..

Person : ''

Savitri : this definitely gonn abe a surprise for him ..

Person : '

Savitri : teek hai .. bye ..

Savitri devi kept the phone down and tried maan's number .it was busy and hence he tries adi's number .

Adi : hello .

Savitri : adi bte . maan kaha hai ?

Adi : dadima .. he is ina meeting now .

Dadima : teek hai .. is he in office now ?

Adi : yes dadima . the next meeting gonna start in 20 mins .

Dadima : okay bte .thanks .

Savitri kept the phone and decided to give office a visit .

IN OFFICE

Dadima made her towards maans cabin . she saw an unfamiliar figure standing in the garden . usually no one ever came to the garden during office hours expecially when maan is present in the office . out of curiousity , she too made her way towards the garden .

She saw girl glad in her top and jeans sitting near the flower pots and admiring it .

Dadima : excuse me ..

Geet was startled for a minute then turned towards the voice : yes .

Dadi had never seen a beautiful yet innocence filled in a girl . she smiled at her and geet too reciprocated .

Dadi : bte do you work in this office ?

Geet was confused as to who the person is : no mam . am here to attend a meeting .

Dadi : oh .. aapka naam kya hai ??

Geet : jee me geet Iyer from Chennai . aap ??

Dadi : oh am savitri devi . this is my grand sons office . I just came to see him ..

Geet smiled : oh ..i just liked this place .. that's why thought of spending some time here before starting the meeting ..

Dadi was impressed . if it had been any other girl , she would have start on her stories abt love for her grand son . but this girl showed no interest .. "may be she had not seen him yet" she thought '

Just then adi came towards them .

Adi : dadi aaap??

Dadi : haan bte . I want to see maan for few minutes . is he free now ??

Adi : haan dadi .. but he has to attend a meeting now ..

Geet : its okay Mr. Aditya . I ll wait in the conference room..

Dadi : thank you bte .

IN MAANS CABIN

Maan : dadima aap yahan kya kar rahe ho ?

Dadi : why cant I come to see my grand son ?

Maan : dadima , I have another meeting now ..

Dadi : teek hai .. I got a phone from 'XXX'.now .. they are coming today ..

Maan was surprised : what ???

Dadi : haan bte , you need to go and pick them up .

Maan : dadima , you know am busy all through the day .. how can I ?

Dadi : but they want to see you first .

Maan : teek hai , I ll finish this meeting first and then leave ..

Dadi : okay .. I ll leave now .. but be there sharp @ ..

Maan : okay dadi .. am going now ..

Maan left for meeting while dadi to home ..

Dadima some where felt that the girl she seen today was different .. hoping to see her again ''.
