These are the evidences.

1. He was 20 in 1989 when he moved to Delhi. Someone I know confirmed this.

2. I read an article in 2006 where he was mentioned as 37-year old.

3. I read an article during Manali murder(March 2010) where he was mentioned as 40.

All these articles tally well. Therefore he's 42 as per my guess...43 depending on whether these articles were written before July or after July.
