The pain, the anguish is becoming unbearable now...

The anger in his eyes was clearly visible. She didn't know wat explanation to give. The side of his she couldn't face. She knew this would be not acceptable to him. He would forgive anything but not this.. this is against his belief. Out of wed - lock he asked, his low voice literally vibrating with suppressed anger.

She was terrified to look at him. Right now though, his tormented gaze was riveted away from her, his face drawn into harsh lines of anger. She dipped her head & stood numb. She feared this day from the day she had realized she was pregnant, this was one of the reasons why she was scared to confront him, tell him all about it. He sat their clenching his fist in a ball. Rahul pulled Nt from there. Nt wanted to take Geet along but rahul knew they needed this time. Geet couldn't move.. she couldn't breath as the time passed. His silence killed her. His silence was hurting.. pinching her more than his shouting, more than his anger.

All her innocence & mistakes..all said & done, he respected her lot. Her as a women, her as his soul..her as his doll. Seeing all that broken down into pieces just woke the demon in him. She would rather die than seeing him so hurt & angry at her. The hurt she saw in his eyes killed her within, she just wanted the ground to split open & she some how get immersed taking her last breath. She was never ashamed of her child. She treasured him more than her own life, but the anger in Maans eyes proved her wrong..shook her belief. She was never weak, not even for a sec, never in past 8yrs she felt so helpless & miserable, even though now her genie was right in front of her. She slowly inched closer to him.. genie

he rose up & jerked backward throwing her hand approaching him... pushing the chair in rage . The chair fell backward. His temper, already near the edge, shot up a dangerous notch
Chup ek dum chup. He whirled on her, pinning her with his stark gaze pointing his forefinger.
She stopped breathing & stood their frozen.
Tumhari har nadani ko main ne, tumhari nasamjhi samjh ke sarahaya.. but this not acceptable.

Tears flooded her eyes, his long fingers cupped her face..sliding into her hair.. gripping them..

how do I adore this.. kaisen samjhu main tumhe??.. kaisen ?? kaisen nahi samjhu ..tumhe.. ?? mujhe kuch samjh nahi aa raha!!!
he rested his forehead painfully on hers.. he inhaled sharply & tucked his fingers harder into the hair gripping them now & bringing them closer

yeh sab karne se phelen tumhe ek bar mera kahayal nahi aaya..forget about me.. ek bar papa-mama khayal nahi aaya. Aapne parivar ka khayal nahi aaya..

he jerked her away.. freeing his fingers that held her hair. She closed her arms around herself & chuckled.. crying. he held her arms in anger..

tum itne khud garse kasen ho sakti ho

she kept crying feeling guilty. She was wrong..some where being unaware.. not understanding all the while wat it meant. Yes she was wrong.. but then by the time she realized it all it was too late.
His grip around her shoulder was getting wild & rude. His fingers dug into her soft skin. Leaving its mark.. the pain she felt around there was nothing to the the hurt she was giving him.

Tum humesha aapni man marzi karti aayen ho... tumhra fav..color..tumhara.. room.. tumahra..tumhara.. insab..me kabhi nahi socha mujhe kasen lagta hoga.. khabhi nahi socha papa-mama ko kaisen lage ga.. u never cared how I felt.. u never realized wat I felt.

She looked at him..with an emotion she couldn't portray rightly..it was the very first time when he was expressing something so close to his real emotions for her, she was at a juncture she couldn't celebrate. rejoice. all she could do was think, how true it was.. she never knew wat those emotions meant.

Ek bar mujhe bol nahi sakti thi.

He turned away..
I didn't know anything..she murmured, her tone full of anguish. I honestly didn't know...she pleaded..it was too late when I realized..

he spun to face her, grabbed her & shoved her closer, none too gently. Geets heart leaped into her throat as she stared down at him with teary eyes, her breathing suddenly harsh. She could feel the heat of his angrily glaring face.

Yeh kya kiya dodo.. his voice almost cracked...like he was at the verge of crying.

How will I undo all this now.

Then he was silent and she watched a myriad of emotions playing across his features, fury, despair, agony, helplessness. Finally he turned away, letting out a harsh sound as he tightened his fingers into a ball & harshly wildly hitting the glass top of the table.

Genie.. she cried & bend down to take his bleeding hand into her. She immediately wrapped it in a napkin he snapped his hand away. Pushing her off. She fell backward.. losing her balance. He held her hand, that was falling apart. He looked away as he caught her dragging her hard against his chest. She fell on with a thud.. he stiffened with her touch heart beating so scared. She held him tightly. It felt more like binding his wild soul entrapped. He closed his eyes. She could feel his anger slowly drain from his features, though the hardness remained & he seemed more in pain now.

His lips grazed her head sending shivers through her body
I am sorry dodo.. I am really sorry.. he cried.. sab meri galti hain.. I should have never left u alone at the first place. She knew this will be it. He will never be able to forgive himself. She closed her eyes letting the tears out. seeing her fear setting in.

He tucked her closer. Oh god!!! yah sab kya hogaya..dodo. How could I let this happen to u. sab meri galti hain .. he cried

Nt & rahul watched them from the window.
Rahul - dehkna sab teehk ho jayega
nt - nahi rahul tum usen nahi janthe.. she won't tell him anything
rahul - I am sure he loves her
nt - I know that before even she knew abt it.
Rahul - phir ussen itni naraz kyun rahthi ho
nt - I don't understand when he loves her so much why he never realized that before.
Rahul - sometimes its difficult, u know how it is with friends. Samjh nahi aata ki woh frdship feeling hain yah pyar ki.
She hugged him.. why is it so difficult rahul. It was so obvious the way they lived together in bangalore. They were like made for each other. He so much used to take care of her.
Rahul - Geet bhi tho nahi samjhi
nt almost laughed.. pata hain jab tum california main the & I was looking for place to stay.
Rahul - u were carrying rany then..I was so scared to let u alone
Nt made a face ..but u did.
He kissed her forehead ..sorry
she twisted her lips..
rahul wanted to divert her.. I still remember how u used to call me & tell abt Geet then.
Nt had a smiled on her lips.. I think we used to talk more abt Geet & her genie than rany or us.
Both of them laughed..together.
Nt - yaad tumhe.. I actually told u she stays with genie when I first visited this house
rahul - u made me believe that too
nt - it seemed like that.
Genie ka room, genie ka car, genie ko yeh nahi pasand, genie ko woh nahi pasand.
Rahul - it was never abt wat she liked or wat she wanted.
Nt - u remember her strict rule of Italian food once or twice a week.
Rahul - oh god pregnancy main u couldn't stand that cheesy smell.
Nt - ussen bhi kanha pasand tha
then they both said it together ..uske genie.. ka fav .. pasta.. uff!!
