Maan left them alone to discuss while he carried amy to the car. Amy smiled all the while clinging on to Maan. He did smile, a smile that was so new to him. It was more of happiness..happiness to see amy smile..fine.. happy with him..

Maan made him sit in the car. He tried to buckle the seat belt, he found difficult. Amy gave a teasing smile. .. uff yeh bhi nahi hota aap se
Maan just didn't mind anything as of now from him. He just wanted to see him happy. Now he realized why he was so pampered compared to rany. It all made sense no body saying anything to his naughitness, they all were just trying to keep him happy. So did he now. Especially learning about his health condition & wat he did to him in last 2days Maan would do anything to see this smile on.

It was taking a while for Geet to come. Maan wondered wat was wrong. He didn't want to leave amy alone, he tried to sit calmly. Geet came back almost after an hr. Her eyes were teary & anyone could make out she had cried. Genie could blindly read that, in fact it hurt him more. She quietly came & sat beside amy, avoiding any conversation. He looked at her couple of times through the rare view mirror. She looked lost & worried. She kept kissing amy every now & then. Maan heart could read the fear in her..scaring the hell out of him. The way she was crying inside he knew there was something seriously wrong.

He didn't want to ask about it infront of amy. When they reached home Geet very protectively carried amy into the house. She fed him & put him to sleep. She was breaking down from inside every passing minute. She went in the washroom & locked herself. She simply stood under the shower & kept crying under the running water. She didn't know wat she was supposed to do. How was she supposed to help her little baby. She couldn't bare to see anything happen to him. He was her life, her everything. She couldn't even think wat rahul was fearing. She didn't come out of the shower for an hr.

he still remembered she was hospitalized next day with high fever though he had managed to get her change. But sitting under the water for so long & crying was bad.

He rushed in the washroom fearing wat she would have done to herself.. that was just exams & this was her child.. her baby. He took the towel & immediately wrapped her & carried her to the room. She kept crying.. genie.. mera baby. Why my baby.. ?? uski kya galti hain?
He wiped her & wrapped her in a warm blanket. He knew there was no point asking to change she won't.. not with this frame of mind. Her hand went around his waist & her head fell on his chest..soaking his soul with her tears & pain.. genie mera baby ko teehk kardo plz.. genie. His hands held her close protectively promising something he didn't know if he could keep it.
Rahul said we don't have much time. Blood transfusion is just a temporary solution. He slowly stroked her back & kissed her head.

Later in the day Maan had gone out with amy. Geet wondered were the two devils of her life gone.

On the way back
amy - dodo gussa tho nahi karegi
Maan was definitely scared he knew she will hit the roof.. but he tried to pretend to be cool - don't worry dodo ko main sambal longa. ..wondering all the while.. mujhe kaun sambalega uske baad
amy - mujhe nahi lagtha..
Maan gulped harder.. yah ladka mujhe itna kyun dara raha hain
amy - mujhe aisen ghar nahi jana..dodo paka gussa kargi
thats when the car turned into the portico & Geet was pacing restlessly waiting for them. Amy immediately dipped down hiding his face.
Geet - where did u both go?
She stood their plunking her hand on her waist & an angry look on her face.
Maan smiled weakly.
Geet curiously looked inside the car.. genie ..amy kanha hain.
Maan cooly pointed peechen
Geet looked again.. kanha ?
Maan looked down.. amy was hiding .. shaking his head.. nahi..mama gussa karengi
Geet - kya ho raha hain
Maan cleared his throat as amy slowly raised..
Geet screamed out loud... wat did u do.. yah kuya kiya tumne.. kis se puch ke kiya tumne
amy made a baby face & pointed at Maan.

Genie.. khud tho mona sardar ho.. meri bache kho bhi!!.. ummh.. she sighed in anger
dodo lekin
amy was giggling at genie's plight. He was as scared of dodo as he was.
Lekin kya.. ghar ka bada beta hain na yeh.. Maan looked blankly at her.. umm!! she asked...
all he could do was nod.. but logically ..according to his logic he was second.. but now dodo was angry so he has to say yes to every thing.. so he did.
Papaji ko main kya kahoon ghi, tumne tho kisi ke feelings a kadar nahi hain.
Maan - dehko na dodo ..amy kitna cute lag raha hain
she looked at him from corner of her eyes & turned away.
Amy made a puppy face & stood in front of her.
She frowned & turned her face.
Maan - dodo.. plz..
amy pulled her down.. dodo plz..
Geet - tu tho mujhe se baat hi maat kar
amy immediately changed the plate around - dodo main ne mana bhi kiya tha..
Maan looked at him in shock
amy - sachi..muchi
Geet lifted him & kissed him.. mujhe pata hain mera bacha..
Maan - nahi..main ne..
Geet gave a angry look to Maan. He couldn't say much.
