so sorry for late update...
i had a date with salman khan on the big screens on friday this is why i havnt updated..
i was going to but got a little side tracked...

Chapter 22…

Geet went into the house… it was dark and silent…

She become scared… even after all the downs she had in her life, darkness was something Geet was still afraid of…

Geet – Bhaiii…. She called out…

No answer….

She looked for the light… but in the dark she couldn't find the switch..

Geet – Arjun Bhaiii… she yelled…. She started calling him bhai after the whole dev thing… she thought of him as her brother from the heart…

Still no answer…

Getting scared she got her phone out and dialed prem's number….

It rang and rang… she waited and waited… until no answer….

She screamed out in frustration…..

Arghhh…. She rang yash and everyone she could think off…. Still no-one answered her calls…

She then walked ahead slowly shining the light from her phone on the floor and on the walls so she could see where she was going…

She then saw something sparkle and something shine… it looked like tinsel…

She thought something was going on… her family was definitely planning something…

She walked ahead until her phone died on her… the light dimmed then her phone came off altogether…

Geet – now how am I going to see.??

She shook her head and she found her way to the living room in 20 minutes in the dark…

It was far too quiet….

She walked ahead and bumped into something…

She closed her eyes in fear… she then was about to scream when she saw a light flicker… she opened her eyes slowly…

She looked around.. there high on the wall was a big banner that said

'Congratulations Geet'..

She smiled with happiness..

She looked around and the whole place was covered with balloon and tinsels and lots of party decorations….

Then her eyes caught on the sight of her family and friends…

Tears swam in her eyes making her sight fuzzy… she blinked and set the tears free… she allowed herself to cry, but she weren't at all sad… she was happy and these were tears of happiness..

She went to her brothers and hugged them.. There were daadima, her parents and dj…(Arjuns Daadi…)… Meera with her parents…. And her new friend pinky with some of the office staff…

Geet – bhai… Yeh sab kya hai…

Yash – arre pagalii yeh tumhara nayi job ki khushi mein hai… he said with a hint of proudness in his voice…

Prem – kaise laga…??

Arjun – bohat mast na?? he said

Geet – haan bohat acha laga…

Arohi – thank you hum ne bohat menath ki hai..

Geet – Achaa.. Thankyou .. aab party sharu kare kya… she said with excitement…

Prem – Musiccc!!!

As the music starts maan enters in full hero mode…. She see's him and smiles…

Pinky – mein batathi hoo???

She takes geet to her cabin… she walks in in amazement…

Wow…. Itna pretty…

Pinky – dekh main chaltha hoon

Geet starts to get worried…

Geet – lekin pinky… kaam??/

Pinky – boss will you give you work… agar boss neh dekh liye humme aise baat kartha hua vo bohat gussa hoga… and leaves..

Geet nervously waits for the boss to enter…

There maan comes out of the elevater…

There in his black shades he walks straight to his cabin… all the staff get up and say hi to hello to him…

He sits down and rings his new secretary…

Phone rings and geet jumps up….

She answers the phone….

Hel…. Hello…

Maan was about to say something until he heard the voice he forgot what he was about to say…

Maan – yeh awaz maine suni hai… he says to himself… then to the phone … Mera cabin mein aoa….

Geet – Jee sir… and puts the phone down….

She walks into maan cabin…

Maan with his back to geet he speaks…

Maan – mujhe kuch kaam hai… tho meri meetings cancels kardooo…

Geet – ji sir… she tries to get a look at his face but nothing…

Then someone knocks on the door….. 

Maan – come on…

Adi come in….

Adi – sir aap ki files….

Maan turns around and looks at adi….

Geet then see's his face and gets shocked….

Maan, she whispered..

Maan turns to geet and see her standing there…

Maan – Geet…. Tum yaha?????????

Geet – Maan….
