Though I'm born and brought up in Mumbai, my cultural inclination towards Gujarat has always been constant. I have grown up learning music and I've been a huge fan of Purshottam Upadhyayaji and I was discussing with my husband Parthiv few days back that we should try to work on building an archive of sugam sangeet and all the classic songs of Gujarat which is slowly dying. As an actress, I'm open to take up a good Gujarati project be it films or soaps.
