Week 1 of Navya almost coming to an end...
Here's my kind of review...... lol...!
Take's courage!
But go through it....
And share your own views too...!
š
THE CHARACTERS AND ATTIRE
Navya:- She is a rather relatable character.... Most of us would definitely find one of her kind next-door. An applause to the creatives for a fresh character.... who is neither clad in salwaar-suit whose dupatta <which she wud never use> keeps going places and seems just to good to be human.... nor is the ultra-feminist make-up doll.... which is non-existent.
She is one.... who wears normal clothes.... maybe we'd soon see her dressed in Western outfits too.... and tries to dress up like a collegate! As for her acting skills, she is new and she is quite good in her own way, but she needs to buck up and keep her nose to the grindstone to match with Anant!
Anant:- I like his wardrobe! Even though Navya's clothing is repetitive... but this guy does look cool! OK! Coming to the character.... Bravo! What a super hero entry it was! Thank goodness! It was realistic! No unbelievable dhishum-dhishum.š <like one guy setting 5 others straight>š
Ok! coming to his expressions.... really now.... they are so well balanced.... He doesn't use excess emotions or something....
It comes really naturally to him!š
Navya's Dad:- The guy is good! When I almost took his character to be quite exaggerated...... There in the scenes from Navya's childhood... OMG! they were uber cute!š³ What a beautiful bonding! I hope to see his emotional side too, more oft!š
Navya's Mum:- She is a terrific actor!
And yes! Besides Anant, she is the only actor whom I found really natural!
Her expressions come out so well...... without the extra camera work that the directors usually have to put in! And her costumes...... so simple. I mean look at her.... within just a few days... she has made a great impact! I guess.... she would continue to be one highlight of the show, atleast for me!š³
Navya's Friends:-The characterization is good! Infact i find Ritz cute! I like the trio.... the way peer pressure gets on you and how they tease each other!
Anant's Bhua Dadi:- 𤢠Omg! She is such an creep!š” And honestly...... hr character is just too loud!š„±
One complaint I have ...... from all the soaps is.... HOW COULD THEY USE SYMBOLS LIKE BIG TIKKA AND MALA ETC FOR NEGATIVE CHARACTERS!
Like the politician they showed!
What do you imply?
This is getting so gross!š·
Anant's Mum:- I have seen her in Ramayana and i know she acts well...... but doesn't help me over shadow Navya's mum.... I just like her more!š
Anant's Dad:- š³ I really could not get much about him in just a scene..... but I have high expectations! He seems like he could be real trouble! Mr. No Messing! No fooling!š
Anant's dadaji:- The attire is good! His accent is great...... just the right amount of modulation when required..... a mixture of stern as well as thoughtful attitude! Well, as for expressions,,,, they were hardly there...š
Anant's Sister-in-law:- Over-acting ki paydayish!
Hell!
How could it be complete without a nazarbattu! Even her dialogue delivery was so forced..! She is a disappointment for me as of now!
Navya's Family:-
The first drama was a bit too much for me! Now is it possible that a daughter would mind her mother not to peep into her FB account.... really now? Big deal! What was anything to hide or get irritated about?
š¤Ŗ
Father's reaction........ OMG! too far stretched!
I mean which father in the world NOW-A-DAYS would tell of his young daughter that way without an explanation? I found it a bit over-rated!
OVERALL:-
8.5 on 10!
Despite a few lows..... it is a thimb's up for me!
It does give one really good vibes.
looking forward for tonight;s episode!
