Sajid Nadiadwala to launch Miss India contestant i

They say that winning a beauty pageant is one way to enter the world of films, ask any of the actresses from Lara Dutta to Priyanka Chopra and they would agree. Though this was never stated earlier, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has recently announced that he would be launching one of the Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2011 finalists in his next film Heer And Ranjha which is directed by Sabbir Khan starring Shahid Kapoor in lead.

The catch to this however is that Nadiadwala will launch any one of the participants and not necessarily the winner of the Miss India crown.

Will this prove as an additional incentive for the girls to give it their best shot at the beauty pageant, one will have to wait and watch.
