Part 32

Sameer's house was decorated like a new bride; it was looking lovely with all the lit candles, chandeliers, colorful lights, pink and red roses and with red silky drapes with golden border everywhere. No corner was left to decorate. The smell of roses had filled the room. Each corner of the house was full of happiness and joy. House was wrapped with the blessings of God. It was going to be the most expensive wedding of the city. All big shots were invited. House looked so beautiful that you could forget Paris. It looked like heaven.

But of course house looked pale when it was compared with Geet's beauty. She was gorgeous in her green and orange sari. The pallu of sari was filled with golden flowers on orange color. Her bright hazel eyes were full of excitement and joy. Red roses were nothing in front of her rosy cheeks. Her swan like skin color looked very milky today. The Moon was already hidden in the clouds because it knew that it was not able to emulate her today. Nobody was going to watch the Moon today as Geet was in front of them.

Her young face, with its prominent cheekbones, softly flared nose, and very full lips, looked as if it had been carved in volcanic stone by the rush of a river. Her hair was braided into a multitude of long, fine beaded plaits.

Sameer came to pick her up at her house as he wanted to see his Geet first before anyone else. He was really scared today because he didn't want to share this beauty with anyone else, he was afraid that people would talk about his would be wife and she would become talk of town, he didn't want to do it, he wanted to make his marriage as family affair but being only son, his dad wanted a big fat wedding. Sameer didn't deny his father's wish.

When he entered Geet's room, Pinkey and Shasah were there, talking with Geet. By looking at Sameer, they decided to give them privacy, and this was the moment, Sameer had been waiting for. The one thing which was harassing Sameer, he wanted to ask something to Geet today before officially his name would be carved on her hand.

Geet felt shy by looking at him, she threw a light smile on him. As usual, Sameer was astonished by her beauty. He got lost in her for a while till Geet said something which woke him up.

Geet looked up to find a pair of piercing dark brown eyes staring back at her. Geet was so busy loosing herself in those eyes that she hadn't noticed that he was standing too close to her. He took her warm hand into his hand as he turned to sit down. He interlaced his fingers with hers and felt the warmth he had been waiting for. She set her head down on his shoulder as they felt cool breeze coming out of window.

Finally he broke the silence of soothing and he spoke.

"Geet, I want to ask you something today, it is very important for me to know and for our future, for our new start of life." Sameer said.

Geet took his hand and put it between her hands and told him, "Sameer, you don't need to make it formal, just ask me, you have nothing to worry about."

Sameer was still hesitant but he gathered courage to ask her, he looked in to her hazel watery eyes and asked, "Geet, I love you, do you love me as well? Do you want to spend your entire life with me? Are you happy with this decision equally?"

Geet felt shiver in her spine by this question as she was surprised by this sudden question.

She rolled her eyes towards window and moved her hands away from him, she stood up and walked towards window.

Sameer felt little nervous by this change, his eyes were full of tension.

"Sameer, I don't know what is love and what should we do when we are in love, but I know one thing that you have taught me how to maintain relationship, how to let go of one self and to love somebody, it is something I learned from you, today I want you more than anyone else in this world, I can't live without you, I can't imagine my life without you, and I guess this is love when you feel that you want somebody else more than your own life, yes Sameer, I love you."Geet said with tears in her eyes.

Sameer stood up immediately and caught her tears with his fingers. They hugged each other. Tears of joy filled their heart with happiness and satisfaction, they both didn't want to let go of each other.

Geet definitely had feelings for Maan but now she wanted Sameer more than Maan, as she grew up, she realized that life was not a bed of roses, and Sameer was like her dream man, she got her king and she knew that he would keep her happy and she knew that he loved her more than anything on this earth, she knew that nobody could take care of her as much as Sameer could, she knew that in any situation, Sameer would stand beside her no matter what, she knew that pairs were made in heaven and God had sent Sameer to her and she accepted him happily.

Maan was ready in his green and golden sherwani to get married to Geet. Geet was wearing white and red combination sari with silver border and walking towards him, her hands were filled with Mehndi of his name and she was all set to get married to him. She was walking towards him and finally both set down and Panditji started chanting mantras. They both happily completed all the rituals and Maan adorned her with Mangalsutra and sindoor and now Geet and Maan names were intertwined for forever. It was the combination of a king and queen. Maan had all the attitude and personality of a king and Geet had all the beauty and elegance of a queen. He was not ready to come out of this tranquility. What else could he want? His Geet is his own. He just wanted to hold her hand and cuddle her for the entire life.

Eventually he woke up from this dream and came back to reality.

Please don't throw rotten eggs and tomatoes on me, have faith in me, I will try my level best to entertain you with my story. Specially Sana, don't throw anything, I am already scared, LOL :)

Awe sameer is such a nice guy and I understand that geet Wouk obviously feel love for a man who helped her to dream and live again and made her happy from that miserable HP life she lewd and sameer is such a genuine prince charming guy that any girl would love to be by his side and awe I do feel for masn his realisation if his love for geet is deep I just hope that he doesn't do anything bad but go with the flow as geet is his but at the moment she is written to sameer but one day she will be his anyways great update loved it and can't wait to read more 😊
