Hi friends I am back , sorry for the delay, had a lot going around and finally got to write a part, some emotions filled back. Hope you will like it.

[New Years Eve]

The morning sun and a buzz from the mobile wakes up Anmol..

He picks it up while still sleeping nice and cozy next to his beautiful wife ragini...

Txt Message: Meeting with the Astec Company .. Sharp 10 am"

"Kiska message hai? Who bhi itee subha subha..",caressing his cheeks she asked still lying down next to him nice and warm...

"Who its a new company on a fabrication deal humarey company kay saat ho raha hai.. So we have a meeting today.." he explained running his fingers through her beautiful hair,

"Magar aaj tho , you have off I mean its New Years eve, and you have never worked on this day, " she looked up at him with a thought..

He looked down and lifted her chin up to explain "Haa. Actually New years Eve is day off magar this just came up two days back so I need to go, Alkeh Bhiyya is also coming and bas a few hours ..., "

and placed a kiss on her forehead , making her smile...as he blinked his eyes in response

Getting out of bed.. he went to the wash room ,while ragini stretched her arms and saw Arnav waking up and she got out of bed and went up to him, Arnav was excited to be held , she picked him up and went back to sit on the bed playing with his tiny hands...

Anmol walked out to be greeted by his two angles , tammy and khushi who came to give their usual morning greet...They have their kisses to Anmol on either cheek

A few minutes later Tammy and Khushi wanted to play with Arnav, so Ragini allowed Tammy to hold Arnav by placing on her lap as she took her position on the bed..

Ragini asked them to watch over Arnav while she goes to get ready ..

After a while Ragini comes out of the washroom with her hair all damp..and busy drying it with a towel..

Tammy Khushi, were enjoying with Arnav and Ragini instructed them to go down for breakfast while she called out to guddi to take Arnav downstairs and put him on the play pen while she can get ready..

Standing by the window ,leaning against the console table Ragini is basking in the sun and drying her hair, she runs her fingers through her hair to let go of the dampness . The morning sun was making its way beautifully inside their room.. The warm winter sun is usually a little cold but today seemed a beautiful day and it was a nice warm feeling standing my the window...

Wearing his off white shirt and a black trousers,he was still busy buttoning up his shirt .. walks to the console table, to pick up his mobile and keys ,

Ragini unknowingly turns around and drops of waters falls on his face... "oops sorry I did'nt realize you were standing so close ", and she takes the end of her pallu and wipes of the droplets from his face ..

As she wipes his droplets , he takes this opportunity to move her hair locks behind her ear and she blushes at his gestures...

Men are always in a hurry and she knows that the routine of Anmol when he misses adjusting his color, so once she was done with wiping his face she set his color right ,and told him about the offer Vandana gave and this would be sometime in the evening around 5 pm, she was concerned about taking care of the kids for some time since guddi wouldn't be able to handle everything.

"Ragini thats wonderful news Achha hai ki you will start your dancing again and teaching , after all the concert was fantastic..., and don't worry mai 4 pm ghar aa jaaonga and I will work from home for those two days you are teaching ",he assures her..

"Aur Phir I will come to pick you up when Alek bhiyya or gunni come back, so there will be someone in the house ", asked her not to worry ,she nods, he then draws her right hand out and places her other hand on his shoulder and his left hand on her waist and starts doing a small waltz.

She whispers no music , and he hums the tune from KKHH "Tum pass ayye yu muskuraye

hmm hmmm hmmm"

After that quick dance with a few spins with her , plants a kiss on her forehead and puts his arm arms around her waist "Lets go ", and they both walked down to the breakfast table...

"Papa apko pata hai today is the last day of the year, and mama is baking a new years cake.." said tammy taking her last bite of her toast

"Wow thats wonderful aap mama ko help kar rahi ho na,... aur Khushi tum ", he asked wiping his mouth with a napkin they both nodded a big yes...

"Aur papa aap office jaa rehy ho , chuitti hai na,"she looked at his briefcase..

"Sweet pie , Mai yoo gaya aur yoo ayya ",he gestured a plane taking of

the girls giggled ,"Lekin attey please get some fire creakers OK papa ",

Getting up he kissed the girls ",Sure pacca laoonga !!"

Taking his briefcase he walked up to the play pen where Arnav was playing picked him up dropping his breafcase on the couch and kissed his forehead..

Arnav loved it when Anmol picked him up and give him a cute giggles smile...

Putting him down, he picks up his briefcase and Ragini was observing his gestures with Arnav , gives him a quick hug and sees him off at the door..

Later that day, Ragini calls up Vandana and informs her that she would see her for the dance calls which was to start in two days...

"Vandana its a really short notice but just wondering if you could join us for New years eve", she continued

"Ragini thats so thoughtful of you , sure since we have no other plan we will defiantly join you , actually Aaj Peter..", Vandana was about to tell her something , but she got another call and she had to hang up her conversation with Ragini ...

Ragini, Tammy and Khushi then sat down to bake the cake while gunni and guddi help with making some meal for the evening consisting for variety of mouth watering dishes..

After all the preparations and arranging on the dining table, Gunni goes to get ready , while Tammy, Khushi and Ragini wait for the Owen to beep...

"The cake is done mama ",Tammy clapped excitedly on hearing the beep of the Owen.

Ragini wore her own mitts and opened the Owen carefully and pulled out the freshly baked chocolate cake..

She kept it on the island and left it to cool for about 15 minutes..

By then she cleared the dishes used for baking and put them in the dishwasher for later run.

"Mama aab cake cool down ho gaya hai shall we do the icing ?" asked Tammy.."Ji masima I feel cool down ho gaya hai !!"Khushi wanted to touch but withdrew her hand sensing it would be still hot.

"Wait let me see ," and Ragini placed a tooth pic and saw that the texture, it seemed fine and then touched the surface to confirm it has cooled.

She nodded and they took the whipped cream and smeared it uniformly on the cake and finally take some chocolate and green icing they made some cute flowers around the cake and some flowerettes in the center.

Then Ragini took the icing cone and wrote Happy New year "

Tammy and Khushi were extremely happy with the preparation and gave Ragini a hi fi..

Guddi was holding Arnav who was watching this kitchen fun time was equally happy with them.

It was all set for the evening.. Ragini asked Tammy and Khushi to get ready while she also Arnav also made their way to the room to get freshed up for the evening celebration. Ragini wore a beautiful navy blue saree with zardosi work, while Tammy and Khushi wore red and green party wear dresses.

Around quarter past 6 , Peter and Vandana accompany Rikin arrived..

"Welcome ,I am so glad you could make it even with such a short notice ",she greeted them

Vandana hugged Ragini and they followed her to the living room.

Rikin sat down with them for a while and then Tammy Khushi called him to play '

A while later Anmol arrived and was surprised to see Peter since tey had met in the morning for the meeting ..

Ragini walked up to Anmol and said "Actually Anmol I invited them over for a small New years eve get together ", she said as she took his briefcase and handed it over to Guddi '

"Thats wonderful Ragini I am so glad ki tumney inhey bolaya... ," and he thanked her and went up to Peter and gave him a hug..Van

Alekh who had also joined in at the same time was surprised to see Peter ,and greeted him ..

Both men excused themselves and went to freshen up and came to join the guests.

Ragini offered the kids some crackers and juice to drink..

Meanwhile Chandan brought in all the crackers and Anmol asked him to keep it in the back yard .

Tammy , Khushi and Rikin were playing around in the adults and later went to play with Arnav who was busy with his trinket kept in the playpen..

Rikin had got a new Nintendo DS game for Christmas and he happened to carry it everywhere, so he took the opportunity to show it to Tammy and Khushi wjo were quite happy with this new game and learn some new games to kill time....

Anmol took this opportunity to raise a touch Ladies and gentlemen , "Today is the last day of the year and also I want to say that its been a great year for us, we had wonderful profits and all thanks to my wonderful family and moreover my wife Ragini without whom all these things could'nt be possible.. ",he looked at Ragini whose eyes were a little moist and she felt overwhelmed..."and not to make the speech tolong , we got a great deal for fabrication of out product with the help of Astec Incorp which is a company run by peter".. Thanks Peter ", Vandana and Ragini were very happy and they looked at Peter who gave a thumbs up to Anmol and Alkeh

The men cheered to the toast and sipped their red wine while Ragini stuck to orange juice and Vandana took wine which Anmol poured in a glass and offered her..

After a while Ragini requested them to come for dinner, the Desoza's praised Ragini for the wonderful food she had prepared , Anmol praised her even more by complementing that she is an awesome cook..

Ragini gave her sweet smile and thanked everyone...and Gunni who has stepped out for a while since she needed to drop off some stuff at a friends place just came in time for dinner, as she was not so much of a party goer she would rather spend her New years eve with her family.

After the wonderful dinner Anmol and Peter were busy discussing with Alkeh a few more ideas to go with the new project they were working on, while Vandana helped Ragini clear up the dishes from the table,

"Ragini Anmol is truly a wonder man.. I mean I have known him for so many years, pata hai when the three of us were in college he was the one who kept us entertained with his talks and his interesting ideas .. He is like the face in the crowd.., he sure must be keeping you happy," she looked at Ragini who had a smile on her face looking at Anmol, but her mind was thinking something else I wish I knew more about Anmol and his likings as he has done so much for us over these years and I have been so preoccupied with family, but now growing to love and admire him and his simplicity....

"Ragini , Ragini", Vandana called out as she kept talking and Ragini was lost in thoughts...watching Anmol who was busy talking with the rest.

She apologized to Vandana , just in time to be interrupted by Tammy who wanted to know when the cake will be cut. Ragini informed her that it will be done after the clock strikes 12 o' clock...

The kids sang some songs and played some games to kill time.. Arnav gave frequent yawns as he has never stayed up so late , even with the kids it was a little tough for them to stay up but they did everything possible to stay up and entertain themselves.. Anmol Alekh and Peter also joined them by playing some dumbshards '

Finally they were done playing and sat on the couch looking at the clock..

"Papa did you get crackers",asked Tammy as she came and sat on his lap while they were all sitting and chatting.

Anmol nodded with a big yes.. It was just 15 minutes to go so all went to the back yard, and Anmol started to remove the crakers from the cases and arrange them on the grown at regular intervals..

There were flower pots, wand sparklers, floor swirl sparklers , so many to make the night spectacular

Kids were so excited, Tammy, Khushi and Rikin were assisted by their dad's to light the sparklers while Ragini and Vanadana also enjoyed holding the sparklers and all were moving it in circular motion..and chatting in general

.

Khushi wanted to light a flower pot so Alkeh went a little away to help her. Tammy also wanted to join this new firework so she left her spot and joined them.

Anmol, Peter, Vandana and Ragini were on one side , continuing with their chatting with Arnav being held by his mamma and helping him with a sparkler just holding it carefully.

As they were busy enjoying this Peter gets a call from Rohit asking them where they were and informed that he was in need of the keys as he had some stuff to take and left his keys at home.

Peter informed him that they were at Anmol's house and asked him to come here to pick them up, Rohit agrees and joins them in a bit.

The men were enjoying themselves talking about the fireworks, Peter mentioned about the fireworks in the US and how strict they were regarding selling sparklers and there need to be proper regulations followed, continuing the conversation he recollected something and said

"Hey Anmol you remember Sareen Uncle used to bring sparklers,fireworks aur hum log used to light it up till early mornings..once the cops also came and told us to spot noise pollution. And you bua tho OMG, when you dad opened the bottle of champagne the whole champagne got fizzled on her since the way it shot up in the sky and she was standing opposite him and never realized that she would be all wet with champagne, aur baap rey she was furious aur hum saab ko bhaga diya as we were just laughing at the site..... those were such awesome days haina , and tumahara black beauty how can I forget that..."

Peters words struck him like lightening in dark sky,his whole inside lit up with memories of past gushing towards him like thunder and torrential rains follow the lightening,soaking him wet with emotions so deep and painful,that they shook him to core

he closed his eyes and tried to stop the film of nostalgia running through his brain

images of his father,bua and sister came flashing almost accusing him of forgetting them.

gosh he thought as if i could ever forget.He tried to imagine those laughing days but could only see their lifeless bodies draped in white

He gulped down his tears,trembling with effort ,bent down to pick up a fallen hot sparkler and dumping them in tub of water which served as a cooler,.in process wiping away his tears

This whole scenario lasted 20 seconds or less.. but Ragini was able to see a shaken man behind mask of this smiling anmol telling Peter "Arey ofcourse I rember, now we should enjoy the coming new year"

Clearing the hot iron sticks on the floor and dropping them in the tub..he looked at his watch

Drawing everyone's attention "All right New years is about to start so lets get a few more flower pots ready"

It was nearing mid night kids were excited and Alekh and Anmol arranged flower pots

Rohit, dropped by to pick up the keys but he was also pulled in for the celebration..

Gunni was glad he came and was pleasantly surprised ..She asked him why he wasn't partying in new years eve , he joked around saying he wanted to spend time with her, Gunni knew the way Rohit pulled her leg as he never left a chance in college...,but did given to his talks and was truly wanting to see him around with his family...she handed him a few sparklers to help entertain the kids.. she teased him that he was awesome as an elf and suits him as he can be a fun guy around...they had a good time entertaining each other and the kids.

"Ok everyone the count down begins", Alkeh called and everyone started the count down 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

They lit the flower pots and the rockets .. It was a spectacular site the whole sky looked beautiful and the kids were thrilled and clapping..Tammy hugged Khushi and they wished Rikin also..

Arnav was clapping watching all the colored lights flashing in front of him in the sky...

They all screamed "Happy New year"

Tammy ran up to Ragini" mama lets cut the cake, Abb fireworks is over na...yes yes lets all go inside and cut the cake.." Everyone gather in front of the cake, Tammy Khushi with Arnav helped by ragini cut the cake...

Tammy and Khushi fed each other and a pinch to Arnav...

Ragini offered everyone some cake and they all enjoyed the post New year celebration..

The kids were tired and Tammy and Khushi were exhausted after along day of helping out and finally it was a little past midnight, So they wished everyone good night and left to their rooms to sleep...Alkeh excused himself as Khushi insisted that he put her to sleep...Arnav also gave some short yarns so Ragini went to put him to sleep...

"Mama I am also sleeping lets leave ", Rikin came and sat on Vandana's lap and put his head on her shoulder.. It was definatly time to leave..

Looking at the clock the Desoza decided to leave, Alekh , Anmol were really happy that they came, Anmol told Peter that today was truly an awesome day with all that happened at work and then the evening celebrations.. Ragini also came down and Vandana thanked Ragini for inviting them.

"So we'll meet at the dance school, I am so glad Ragini ki aapkey yeah offer liye.. I am surethe girls would be excited to have a chance to learn a new art form..

"See you soon. "she hugged Ragini.

Rohit who was also around talking to everyone wished them good night and joined to leave..

"Hey Anmol next meeting I will decide..., and we'll talk more about Black beauty ",he patted Anmol's shoulder and they were escorted out while Ragini stood thinking about the Black beauty which she heard in an earlier conversation ...

Alekh who was standing beside Ragini shook her to ask what was wrong , she said nothing and decided to go upstairs...

[Later in the room, standing by the window...]

Ragini was restless , she felt sad and angry with herself for always being so self absorbed to ask him over all these years..

She recollected how Anmol was totally shaken,his eyes were a little moist while talking to Peter, he never spoke about his family his past.

It was a closed book for him, but now meeting up with old friends, there were defiantly coming infront of him. These friends know him as Anmol Sareen , and those years when he spent so much time with them was something got him really teary eyed..His family was something big he had lost, what was it like to be anmol sareen, a man behind her anmol rajvansh she really wanted to know,and thought she would insist this time.

Sitting at the dressing table she removed her jewelery and kept it aside.. She then wore her nightwear and stood by the window and rested her head against the panel.

Anmol after a beautiful evening walks into their room. He looked around to locate her and there she was...standing next to the window leaning against the wall He tip toes and goes close to her and slowly snakes his hand around her waist..

Resting his chin on her neck he spoke softly ,"Thank You Ragini, Aapney Peter aur Vandana ko bulaya , It was such a pleasant surprise for me and we had a wonderful time..."

She touched his cheeks to acknowledge it. Anmol then turned her around to be shocked at her moist eyes..

"Ragini what happened...Aap ro hai hai, kya baat hai tell me ..", he cupped her face for an answer.

Ragini immediately held his hand and took a breath and told him that she felt that over these years she had never asked him about his life before they met and his past, she clarified that it was nothing to do with Shivani , but before that like his friends, Peter and Vandana, his family , she felt that she could have attempted to know more about him..and she felt quite guilty that she could not find a way to ask him...she was at fault..ignoring things related to him......

Anmol lifted her chin up and gazed into her eyes, but she turned her eyes from him..

"Sweetheart meri taraf dekho, now Listen to me... I am very happy with my present life, I have two beautiful children,and a loving wife, Aur kya chahiye.. Don't I look happy to you..? "

"Nahi Anmol I did'nt mean that", she touched his cheeks while looking into his longing eyes...

"I just felt, since you know my likings and so much about things happened in my life, I never got to know all these years about your life so I felt that I am at loss somewhere..."

Anmol wiped off those tears with his thumbs "Pheley baat Ragini I hate to see your tears.. and this one is for those rivers flowing down these beautiful eyes " and he kisses them one by one..

Holding her by the arm ..."Aur meri baat dhyaan say suno, I am happy to meet my old friends, and they talk about old times, so its quite natural, aur you can just listen and see what Anmol Sareen was, but for me I am Anmol Rajvansh, Ragini's Rajvansh's husband ,"bows down "aur Tammy , Arnav kay papa" pointing to the crib where Arnav was peacefully sleeping.

Again tears rolled down her eyes as she smiled, she has such a wonderful man in her life, who has left everything behind and walked into her life..."Thank You for everything ",softly she said..

His heart broke at her comment as he enveloped her into his arms.

"Shh, it's ok," he soothed as Ragini began to weep.

Anmol smiled, and then with one finger raised her chin so that she looked into his eyes. "I love you Ragini and our beautiful children."

He then leaned down and placed a tender kiss on her soft lips.

The night was long still and as the cool breeze blew its way inside, her hair distracted his vision, he moved her locks to trace it all over again, he cupped her face and placed a kiss on her forehead .

She was so lost in his actions that she never realized that she was lifted of her feet

"Aaj utta ya hai aab pura saal utana padega", she looped her hand around his neck..

"Well I don't mind sweetheart, all 365 days at your service...", he winked with a smile...

and placed her gently on the bed..

Anmol switching of the bed light still gazing at her he placed another soft Kiss on her lips and whispered "Happy new year Sweetheart!!," she caressed his cheeks and said "To you too!!"

She could feel his heart beat, she could feel his breath'

"I love you so much Ragini," he said again. she could feel his love, stronger than ever before.

That night she decided she would do anything to bring the few joys back in his life......

I wanted to write another part but got busy .. The preview is the same from the previous part sorry abt that , suspense will be building up😉
