Serial relies on cheap Makeup artists or what?

Notice the faces of Tarak, Komal, and Goli.
Every now and then, we see too much... too much of white-power on their face. (and their neck/shoulders/hands not that much makeupp'ed. So they end up looking like those Cheap artists in Ram-leela performing in some rural area)

Either they've some cheap makeup artist without much work experience, or may be they themselves are required to put a makeup on their face, in order to cut down the production cost.

Obsession with white color, is disgusting, especially for Tarak Mehta series, who intend to send some social messages with humor. (Child marriage,anti-liquor etc.etc.)
And still if they want to do it, better hire a skilled makeup artist, not someone who only knows of puffing white powder on their faces like an amateur.
