Hey guys: sorry for the delay..I wanted to reply back to everyone before I update 😆😆😆 those of you who are new I have added everyone for PM..I didn't make a PM list at all because I got lazy lol..but i will make that this weekend for sure...so please check for your name if it is on the list!
Note: This update is all about Maaneet!!!! So I hope you guys like it...I wanted their friendship to grow a little before they actually fall in love 😆...so do hit the like button and do comment! 😳 and as always ignore any mistakes!
Geet was so overwhelmed with the love that she received from Dadima...it reminded her of her mom...she missed her mom so much and wished that she was here right now...Geet tried to go to sleep but couldn't whenever she closed her eyes she could see that monster. She decided to make some tea for herself to calm her nerves. she slowly made her way downstairs passing Maan's room which was still empty...he still didn't return home after their lunch in the afternoon. she was making herself a tea when she heard a noise outside of the kitchen. She thought it might be a thief so she grabbed a balin in her hands and slowly made her way outside of the kitchen. Since it was dark in the dinning room she saw a shadow moving in the room. she went behind the person and hit him on the head...she heard her name as soon as she realized that it was Maan she dropped the balin and ran to the kitchen scared...
Geet: ohh babaji yehh maine kya kyia aab mein kya karoon
Maan came in the kitchen after realizing that she left after hitting him
Maan: Geet you left this behind (gave her the bailin) you hit really hard
Geet: ohh am sorry I thought it was an intruder (her eyes welling up with tears)
Maan: Geet it is ok you don't have to cry I understand...
Geet: Am really sorry Maan here you sit down...let me look at your head
Maan: Geet it is ok and besides we are friends right so you don't have to say sorry to me
Geet: Alright well as a friend please sit down I will look at your head and did you eat?
Maan: Geet that won't be necessary
Geet grabbed his hand and dragged him to the dinning room table and made him sit. Maan couldn't say anything he was so shocked by her actions that he was unable to think. He sat down and watched Geet disappear into the kitchen few moments later she came out with food
Geet: hear eat this while I message your head that will help sooth the pain
Maan: Geet that is not necessary it doesn't hurt anymore
Geet: Really it doesn't hurt (she pressed hard on his head wound he yelled in pain)
Maan: Geet what are you doing
Geet: what you told me it doesn't hurt am just making sure
Maan: There is no winning with you and how did you know that I didn't eat?
Geet: ohh I brought the food out just in case now I know that you didn't eat
Maan smiled at her and actually liked that she cared for him. he started eating the food while Geet messaged his head. He couldn't really concentrate on his food as her being that close to him and her touch was making him loose control. He hoped that this moment to last forever
On the other hand when Dadima heard a noise coming from down the stairs; she quickly went to the stairs to check what was happening. She stopped halfway in her tracks when she saw Geet messaging Maan's head while Maan is eating his dinner. She couldn't help but smile at both of them..."wow I didn't have to do anything" smiling to herself and went back to her room
Geet: is your head ok now (and sat in the chair opposite of Maan)
Maan: Yes thanx
Maan: Geet tomorrow you have to come with me. I want to visit the place where people had found you
Geet: Why?
Maan: I think that you couldn't have drifted that far from the place where you were actually kidnapped that is if you are comfortable with that
Geet: umm yes I could go
Maan: Don't worry I am gonna be with you nothing will happen to you
Geet smiled at Maan: Thank you Maan for all the help
Maan smiled at Geet also and both got lost in each others eyes. Maan broke the eye contact. Geet I forgot to ask you what were you doing so late at night..
Geet: I couldn't sleep so I decided to ma..(she suddenly stood up from her chair and ran to the kitchen)
Maan quickly came there as well seeing her run like that...Geet what is wrong
Geet: I forgot that I left the stove on in the kitchen..(going behind the stove)
Maan came and stood next to Geet he started laughing when he saw that the pot was totally burned...he turned off the gas and held the pot in front of her...
Maan: Geet this is nice tea you have made can I get a cup
Geet: It is your fault that my tea got burned. If you hadn't come when I was making tea then this pot wouldn't have gotten burned
Maan: ohh it is my fault that you burned the pot?
Geet: Yes it is, give me the pot (she went to the sink and began cleaning the pot)
Maan: Geet leave the pot it is fine you don't have to clean it
Geet: No Maan I will clean it
Maan: No I will clean it (went over to the sink standing next to Geet)...here give me the pot
Geet: Maan go I said I will clean it
Maan: Geet stop being so stubourn..I will clean it
Geet: No I will clean it
They both started fighting over a pot trying to take it from each others hand...they were so into their fight that they didn't notice that someone was watching them from outside of kitchen...
Dadima: Yeh kya ho raha hai?
Geet and Maan droped the pan into the sink and turned around to look at Dadima standing there with her hands crossed over her chest..
Both: Dadima kuch nahi
Dadima: Aisa toh nahi lag raha tha
Geet: Dadima woh mein chaiye pini ke liyhe aahiyi thi...
Maan: haah aur jab yeh chaiye bana rahi thi toh tab mein aaya aur ishe laga ki mein chor hoon..
Geet: aur meine inhe galti se bailne se mara aur fir mujhe yaad aaya ki meine chaiye gas par choor kar aaiyi thi
Maan: Jab hum yahan aakar dekha ki pot puri tarah se jal gaya tha...aur meine kaha ki mein isse wash kar sakata hoon
Dadima: Aap dono ek dusre ke sentence kyon pura kar rehe ho? (smiling at both)
Maan blushing and baffled at her question: umm good night Dadima
Geet: Dadima mein bhi sone ke liye jaa rahi hoon
Dadima stood there and couldn't help but laugh at both of them run to their perspective rooms...
Maan and Geet both couldn't sleep at all. They both laid on their beds and thought about their fight in the kitchen over a pot...Maan never felt like this before at all about anyone not even when she was in his life...well now she was long gone now...Even for Geet this was a new feeling...she didn't know what it was..in such a short time she gotten so close to Maan...they both spent the night thinking about each other
The next day Maan and Geet left in the morning to visit the place where Geet was found...they walked to the cliff where Geet had jumped...everything was very vague to her...she could only remember little bits of the incident...
Geet: Maan I don't remember as much...but when I had escaped and turned around the house wasn't there anymore...
Maan: What do you mean it wasn't there
Geet: I dont know if I am making any sense..maybe the drugs made me hallucinate but I swear that the house wasn't there from where I escaped...
Maan: Geet it is ok...lets keep going and hopefully we come across something..
They spent the whole day in the forest but both of their efforts went in vain..there was nothing out here not even a single sign of anyone ever being there...it was getting late and both decided to go eat out for lunch...
Maan: Geet I will be right back..place the order for anything you like
Geet: Alright
Geet looked at the menu and waited for Maan to come back. Suddenly she heard a phone ring on the table. She looked at the phone and didn't know if she should answer the phone..then she thought that it might be important regarding the case...
Geet: Hello
Dev: Hello mein Dev bol raha hoon..Maan kaha hai
