Chapter 3:

Maan went home and straight into his office...trying to figure out who the kidnapper might be and where the girls are kept but all his efforts seems to be going in vein as there are no evidence whatsoever left behind...he needed to find the killer before another kidnapping happens. He pinned all of his notes into the bulletin board and stared at all the notes.
He tried to figure out the killer...maybe even think like him...and tried to figure out his next move...
The killer:
Very professional
No traces behind..knows how to clean up the evidence
Seems to know where to enter in the house...no force of entry
All the kidnappings of girls revolve around 21-25....(no minors)
The killer is a perfectionist
Previous Girls Names:
Tina Roy-Intern at lawyers office
Naintara Rathod-Doctor
Anjali Sharma-Engineer
Kajal Methi-A student doing her MBA
Similarities between the girls:
They all have special skills in which they are good at...
They all are smart
Beautiful and physically attractive (by looking at their pictures)
Almost around the same age group
None of them married

None of these girls could possibly meet each other or known each other...they all are from a different background...they all seem to excel in something different...why kidnap these girls...what does he want to prove?
But how does the kidnapper know whether the girl is home alone or in other cases when other kidnappings happened right in public? Does he follows them?
Damn the world is becoming crazier everyday!

Maan called Adi to tell him what he figured out so far:
Maan: Adi I think the killer might be collecting girls
Adi: what you mean collecting girls?
Maan: I mean that he seems to kidnap girls that are very smart and have good jobs and at the same very attractive
Adi: hmm that might seem like a good lead...but why?
Maan: idk why..but maybe it makes him feel good about himself...since so far he thinks he is the smartest and wants to prove that no one is Superior than him...
Stopped for a short while so that Adi can absorb the information..
Maan Continued: and we have seen how through and professional he is by the way he kidnaps them and leaves no traces behind...
Adi: if what you are saying is true...then how do find that bas***d
Maan: lol I haven't figured that out yet...but I am sure that he is bound to make a mistake sometime...all we need is a good lead...or even a solid proof!
Adi: Alright, well let me know if you figure out something..from my end I am gonna revisit all the girls families and friends again and try to see if I can get a lead
Maan: Yes Boss...let me know

With that Maan hung up the phone...
Dadi: Maan beta come and eat..you have been there the whole day
Maan: huh ohh yeah i will be there in couple of minutes
Dadi: Maan now!
Maan got up and started walking with Dadi to the dining table..not wanting to get her mad
Maan: Dadi did Dev call or came by the house
Dadi: What Dev is here in town?
Maan: yeah, that is weird I thought he would call you or come by..he said that he was going to stop by tonight
Dadi: hmm no he didn't call or stopped by...
Maan: That is weird..you know I noticed ever since he came back....he is acting weird...he doesn't seem himself...

Dev slowly watched Geet's every move...she lived by herself...and was currently doing her MBA in Business..."your time is up Miss. Handa" with a smirk on his face
Geet entered her house after a long day at college and trying to find a job was taking a lot of her energy...she decided to go straight to bed since she had to get up early tomorrow
While Geet was sleeping she heard a noise coming from somewhere inside her room...she wasn't sure but just to be safe she always keeps a bat next to her bed as a precaution since she lives by herself....
She slowly got up from her bed carrying a bat in both hands...and slowly walks around her room in the dark...suddenly somebody held her from the back....
Dev: shhh Geet don't even try screaming...
Geet: How do you know my name...let me go..who are you....
Dev: It's not important who I am...he was wearing black mask and rubber gloves
Geet started to straggle and tried to get out of his grip...Let me go..HELP!! HELP!!!
Dev let her go and started laughing..do you really think that somebody will come and help you...
Geet: Leave my house before my husband come...
Dev: ha ha husband...don't even try as far as I know you are single and lives here by yourself...
Geet thought how does he know me so well...Geet still holding a bat in her hands...hits him on his stomach..and stars to leave her bedroom as fast as she could
Dev (yelled in pain and dropped on the floor)...Geet you made a bad mistake...try to escape if you can...
Geet tried to turn on her room lights but they were not working...even the phones were not working...she tired to leave the house..but the main door was blocked by something heavy....she looked around her room and tried to find some other escape....
Dev (came up behind her)...there is no escape...
Geet: Please let me go...what did I ever do to you..please let me go...take whatever you want...
Dev: I want to you...
Dev pushed Geet to the floor...Geet started crawling backward...she wasn't giving up...she tired to grab anything that comes in her hand to throw at Dev...
Dev (finally caught her)...I knew you wouldn't easily come with me...that's why I came all prepared
He pulled out a syringe....and held Geet down with the force of his body...
Geet tried pushing him off of her but he was too strong...he gave her a shot in the arm...
Dev: It will be all over soon...and got off of Geet...and started watching Geet
Geet stood up on her feet and tried walking..but each time she failed..whatever he gave her..it was making her feel dizzy...she couldn't think straight...she tried to find some kind of weapon to hold on too...
Dev started laughing out loud...and within minutes Geet collapsed on the floor....
Dev: Alright Geet lets go...and carried her body with him out of her house....

Note: Sorry guys this was needed...Maan and Geet will meet...I needed to move the story forward a little and reveal the master as well lol...so don't kill me! lol
