Guys you have almost said it all... but ... i have mentioned this earlier in another post .. but i cant stop myself from saying this ... here are my observations...
-she first see's his reflection and then she see's him-in his absence as well, his reflection will always be around her taking care of her.. till the time he comes and takes over making up for not being around...
the most striking feature of the episode for me.. or that particular scene, was their proximity .. they are now almost a couple, she has spoken about embracing a future with him... he has more reasons than not to believe she is not totally his .. but i just loved the way he handled her ..
the love this man in love .. while we see most other couples in love, focussing on perhaps holding hands, and indulging in other stuff, here what i loved the most was ..they focussed on understanding one another, being there for one another ... the first thing he has on his mind is getting her justice, cos he knows she wants it.. and the first thing she has on her mind at the moment is, not letting her past affect him... in her own lines ... agar main unhe yeh bata doon, ke mujhe usey dhoondna hai .. "yeh unke zindagi ka maskat ban jayega..." doesnt she know him well...
and i applaud her for not telling him at the moment .. why? cos she knows she can punish the guy someday .. there has to be reason why she had stopped making efforts to look for him.. she is happy with her life .. and most importantly she knows her happiness is of utmost importance to the man she loves .. and him being happy is what she wants... am i making sense here???
the start off of that scene between the two at the fountain was brilliant... ( i am not going to repeat the role of nature here, you guys already have) ... his entry, and the subsequent hesitation in him.. he starts off with being himself .. he expresses his weakness to her ..for a man like MSK to admit, this is the way i function itself is a huge giving away .. why would he wanna tell someone how he covers a certain weakness... anyone else but to Geet ! he lays a base.. as to how he is, and why he is that way .. cos she was the one who had told him, she wouldnt talk to him till the time he accepted he needed her ... so there is no way.. he means to imply, he would change that for anyone .. and then... he slowly tells her how now he is willing to do it ... only in front of her .. for her .. not otherwise, but only in this case, cos, after a night of worry, he knows he has no other way but to seek her help.. and what hurts him more is the fact that, the mere mention of the same could stab her ... thats why the hesitation... the beating around the bush .. the whole suno ... suno toh ... and then... finally gathering all his courage, regaining himself and his strength, he asks her what he has to .. and she is quick to guage and read the guy ... this is where i thought ... what a perfect balance... if he walks a mile for her .. she walks the rest for him, with him.. to make him feel as wanted as cared for and as loved ...
the tension, worry and the hesitation on his face changed into a sigh of relief clubbed with an intense smile as she assured him her past was something of yesterday ... that was the most priceless expression ever!! it showed it all.. it showed how much she meant to him.. it showed how much he had been waiting to hear this from her.. as much as he wanted to mend things for her.. he needed that assurance too.. he needed that promise too... he needed her to say .. he meant much more than the past... and though ... she didnt say it in those many words... and though he didnt say it in those many words... their emotions spoke right across ...
i love this couple ... they never have to say anything either to each other or to us .. but we completely get what they wanna convey ... no couple ever has touched me this way .. ever .. without touching each other at all..😉 jokes apart .... like i said .. i still dont know what to say .. m totally lost for expressions today ..
