confusion?

I just started watching DMG but confuse about the girl playing role of rhidima. I saw some old avs that shilpa anad (who play shilpa now) was old rhidima but now she is shilpa? i mean DMG team changed the rihdima to Jennifer and again back shilpa in shilpa role?
