the bad guys have beards

have you noticed on the show that the two bad men on the show the minister and kuwar have facial hair and the good guys don't....is this a sign of something?
is there a reason? well i think the bad guys have the hair grown from punishment for all the bad things they did. each hair represents a bad incident.... 😆
