Chalo now lets talk about the small update.

LOL, you are too smart Pooji... You cant use swears against the people who bad-mouthed Armaan, but you are enjoying prompting us to do so... Arey yaar, phir to bhot saare logon pe restrictions lag jaayegi. Coz I am sure that are more than many Armaan-Lovers here... isnt it friends? But never mind, we will use the swears under hidden mode. Anything for our dear Armaan...

Oinyee... Another Ridhan? Cute little boy went missing... But see what this tiny tot did to our Armaan? He got almost hit by the damn truck. However the incident led to a very pleasant results... Armaan into her apartment... I am sure Simi must be oooing-aahing while reading that. And why did you hated Mack yaar? For carrying Armaan on his shoulders? LOL, if in his place, could you have managed to do the same girl?

Why do I get a feeling that Veer and Ayesha are somehow acquainted with Armaan... in advance? Or am I forgetting something? Hey have you ever mentioned them being Armaan's friends? Maybe you have...

What I loved the most in this update was Ayesha telling Riddhima not to talk to Armaan when he awakes... and then as Armaan got his conscious back, Riddhima shutting him up saying that first he need to talk to the Doctor... Portrays her innocence for the very first time. It was sooo cute. I Loved it. I guess she got all panicky.

Alas, Ayesha made a mistake by missing out on telling Armaan which leg has SHE fractured of him... Not that the whole team of gangsters is there to mob around Armaan, I wonder who is gonna place his guiding knight. I am sure Riddhima will...

Mayank is a smart guy, I know that he has somehow sensed something fishy out threre. But the best thing is that Anjali is there too. She, along with Atul will HAVE TO play cupid for Armaan-Riddhima. Arey bhai AR ne tumhe miwaya, ab tum bhi unhe milwaaane ke liye kuchh karo. Its your moral as well as ethical responsibility now.

I knew Nandini is sport... she is such a sweetie-pie. Lovely Choti maa Armaan has gotten. What a drama she added to the situation? Great.

Aahh, soooooooooooooooo relieved that now slowly Armaan's also fetching support.

Aur ab ye last mein kya naya flash-back bomb choda tumne? And you arent even going to update any soon... I am frowning right now... Trust me I am. I hope your exam finishes ASAP and we get to read the next part.

Important - Hey friends, here is the next part, it is smaller in length, but i have tried to make it a romantic update, full of AR. Plz plz plz do make sure that u leave ur comments, or press the like tab.

To all those who commented, n pressed the like tab for last part, i am heartily thankful for ur appreciation. And congratulations to me as well as the readers for crossing 100 pages, yippee.

Part 19

Riddhima laid the breakfast tray for two, n went to her room. Mayank and Anjali had gone to get ready for their respective works. She entered the room, n saw Armaan lost in the pics in her room. (God!!! I am irritated. Itni kitni Pictures rakhti hai ye ladki). The cute smile on his face had her mesmerised. The noise made him look at her,

"Finally, food, i was abt to die of hunger", he said,

"Dont worry Armaan, as long as u r at my place, u wont die of hunger", Riddhima smiled,

"I know, i trust u...", Armaan said,

"Haan, lekin i cant guarantee for food poisoning u see", She cut Armaan in between n started laughing, Armaan was lost in that laughter, it was so pure n it looked such a heavenly emotion on her face.

"I trust u as much as mice trust cats", he completed his sentence, n she looked shocked for a moment,

"Bad, very bad example Armaan, i thought u were atleast better than those mice, (Armaan also looked shocked), n cats r any day better than mice, hahahahaha", saying this, Riddhima started to laugh, Armaan was in no mood to let her win, he immediately composed himself, n whacked himself mentally for being such a stupid, he suddenly held her hands in his, n asked,

"How better did u consider me Basket, better enough for u?", Riddhima was caught off-guard by the sudden change in the topic, she immediately looked down. Even without looking at him, she cud feel the intensity of his eyes pierce her. She tried unsuccessfully to stop the blush from coming to her cheeks.

Armaan saw her turning crimson under his hold. Red had always been Armaan's favourite colour, but he had discovered a new era of red on Riddhima. He wondered where did she got all these different shades of red on her face from. Armaan was now sure red was one colour he cud never hate even if he wanted to.

Riddhima remembered the breakfast tray, she tried releasing her hands from his,

"Uh Armaan, woh bhookh lag rahi hai, lets have some breakfast", she said, n he slowly released her hands. Riddhima placed his plate in front of him, and as she was about to start hers, when she saw him squeezing his right hand with a pained expression. She immediately left her food n took his hand in hers,

"Kya hua Armaan, what happened, r u all right?", she asked,

Armaan immediately hated himself for doing this, for making her go through all this, but he knew it was for their good future. He had acted abt the pain in his hand, because every oppurtunity of coming closer to her was priceless for him.

"Woh Riddhima, its paining, my hand is hurting, n i am feeling so hungry, how will i manage", Armaan sighed,

"Bas itni si baat, i mean i know ki itni si baat nahi hai, ur hand is paining, but u've already taken the painkillers, i am sure they'll take some time to act. And dont worry about the food, main hoon na", Riddhima encouraged him with a smile,

"My Lady SRK, how can i forget, tum ho na, SRK's lost relative (she glared at him), ok sorry, i know SRK rules, happy (she smiled like a baby who just got his favourite chocolate)? Ok, now i am hungry, hurry up", Armaan said,

AUTHOR'S NOTE : Since you all know what wonderful cooks both the people in the room are, so i hope none of u is expecting something equisite like aloo ke parathe in breakfast. Hehehehehe, they had to manage with bread sandwich, n juice to go with it.

Riddhima took a sandwich, n fed him. He took the two bites simultaneously, and then he remembered that she might be hungry too. He gestured her to have the bite, and when she shaked her head, he glared at her furiously. She seemed taken back, n gobbled the sandwich in one go. Armaan had an urge to laugh, but he was stopped by the site in front of him. Riddhima's mouth was full on both sides, n her cheeks were puffed up due to this. She was trying hard to eat it up, n the cutely irritated expression on her face was a site worth watching. He immediately picked up his cell, n 'click', the beautiful image landed in his cell. He was surprised tht she was so busy trying to eat the sandwich, tht she didnt even notice her picture being clicked. After a few minutes, when she did finish her food, she continued feeding him, as well as herself. The breakfast finished in silence, and she wiped his face with a tissue after clearing the plates. Armaan noticed a spot of food sticking just below her lips, and without any second thoughts, he put his finger on her face to clean it.

She closed her eyes as soon as her skin came in touch with his. She had no idea why, but she knew she cudnt face him right now. She gave in to his touch, n sat there motionless.

Armaan had just wiped the particle from her face, when she closed her eyes. Armaan also felt the shiver that he was sure ran down her body when he touched her. Her immediate reaction to him made him aware of their closeness. He admired her face, n his gaze stopped at her lips. These were the most beautiful lips he had ever seen. Perfectly shaped, rosy n pink, he cud go on forever only describing her lips. He caressed her lower lip with his finger, n Riddhima immediately felt a shock in her body. Suddenly the urge to kiss her then n there rose high in him. He moved closer to her, n both of them cud feel each others hot breath on their faces. On him coming closer, Riddhima opened her eyes, n looked directly into his. Had she not opened her eyes, he was sure he wud've kissed her, but when she looked at him, something in her eyes said she didnt want this. He knew she wudnt protest even if he kissed her, but her eyes said that this was not the time. He immediately placed a light peck on her cheek, n moved away.

Riddhima was conscious of him coming closer to her, n her heart had recognised his heart's desire. She trusted him, she wud've let him kiss her, but something in her didnt want it to happen. She herself did not know why, but she knew this cud not happen just now. And somehow, he had realised it, n he kissed her softly on the cheek, n let her go. She sat there with her eyes closed for a few minutes, to let the last few moments sink in her. And when she was sure of it, she picked up the empty plates n walked out of the room.

Armaan had been sleeping since she had left the room after breakfast. He opened his eyes, to see her sitting all teary eyed next to him. He immediately got up, n taking her face in his palms, he asked her,

"Basket, why r u crying, see everything is alright, i am fine, nothing has happened to me, see, i am hatta katta naujawaan, n pehelwaan too (she glared at him), ok sorry, jokes apart, but why are u crying, tell me na, plz, is it becoz of me?", he asked,

"Armaan, if anything had happened to u, i cudnt have forgiven myself. Have u thought what wud happen to me if u leave me, i cant live without u Armaan, my life starts and ends with you Armaan, my day is incomplete without u. You have become the most important part of my life..."

"Basket...", Armaan tried to speak, but she kept a finger on his lips,

"Nahi, aaj mujhe bolne do, let me speak my heart out. Main saans liye bina jee sakti hoon Armaan, par, par i cant live without you. Waise bhi mera jism aur meri aatma tumhari hain, yeh dil to dhadakta hi sifr tumhare liye hai. Kaisa jadoo kiya hai tumne mujh par, i am completely lost in u, meri zindagi ki sirf tum hi manzil ho, aur tum hi us manzil tak ka raasta, i am nothing without u Armaan, Riddhima is incomplete without her Armaan", Riddhima said,

"Riddhima, i know, itna bolne ke baad kuch aur kehne ki zarurat nahi hai, but still, please speak those three words, plz Riddhima", Armaan asked her,

"Armaan...", she was about to say something,

"No Riddhima, nothing else, just those three words", Armaan said,

"I...i... i love you Armaan, i really love you", as soon as the words were out of her mouth, Armaan grabbed her into a rib crashing hug. Riddhima felt elated to see this, while a tear dropped from Armaan's eyes, finally Riddhima had admitted of loving him. Now nothing could come in between them.

Just then, God knows what came into her mind, Riddhima took a few drops of water in her hand from the glass which was kept aside, n splashed it on Armaan. He closed his eyes as she was about to put the water on him, n as he felt the drops hit his face, he opened his eyes to look at the most beautiful site on earth. Riddhima stood in front of the mirror, clad in a pink bathrobe, n was drying her hair with the help of a towel.

Armaan realised that Riddhima's confession to him was a dream. And the water droplets he had felt were from her wet hair. He mentally smacked himself for it, n was agin lost in the sight of his angelic beauty, n not the 'warrior princess' right now. She was humming a tune to herself as she was busy in drying her hair. Armaan was sure it wud take long, she seemed to have come out of the shower right now, n her long silky hair wont let off the water so soon. In short, he had lots of time, to capture this moment in his heart. The drops of water falling from the long twisted tendrils that covered her body, felt like the early morning dew on the leaves, just beautiful. Her humming sounded like the melody of the kuckoo bird, who just came out of her nest. Her face glowed like the sun, which is the prettiest at its rising n setting time, and the moon, which adds to the beauty of a dark night. He loved her carefree nature, but suddenly, his eyes widened in horror. He saw Riddhima reach out for the belt of her bathrobe, n Armaan immediately shut his eyes tightly. He knew Riddhima needed to know that he was also there in the room, wide awake. He instantly coughed loudly as he opened his eyes.

Riddhima heard the cough, n realised that Armaan was there too, n he had woken up. She immediately pulled back her hands from the belt, n since she had jerked suddenly, she lost balance, inturn falling on Armaan. He immediately supported her with his hands, so that she did fall on him, but did not hit his body. She was a little bit in air, but once he had her under control, he let her fall on him. Riddhima landed on him, with her hands on his chest, n ultimately, her hands slipped, which resulted in her coming more closer to him. They both were lost into each other, when a strand of her hair fell onher face, obstructing his view of her. He immediately blew it away, leaving Riddhima with the sensation of his breath on her face. Riddhima tried getting up, but her hands did not support her, n she ended only coming closer to Armaan. Armaan realised her state, n again closed his eyes.

"Woh, wo, i had gone to take a shower, n main kapde yahi bhool gayi, n i... i didnt remember tum bhi yahi ho... otherwise...", Riddhima tried to speak, but his close proximity was taking over her. He kept his finger on her lips, n stopped her from talking (dream ko thoda thoda sach kar liya, hehehehe)

"Go n get dressed first, then we will talk", saying this, he helped her in getting up, she picked up her clothes that lay on the bed besides him, n was abt to walk from the room, when she turned n said,

"Armaan, tum aankhein khol sakte ho, i am decent",

Armaan opened his eyes to see her in her old shorts n t-shirt, below her bathrobe. She passed him a beautiful smile as she left the room, n he realised the smile was meant to tell him that she was proud of his behaviour.
