| A fresh & new reality game show from the Star One bouquet Jet Set Go, launches on March 10, 2006. This exciting show, with a difference, has 4 field anchors at separate locations within Mumbai city, who try and persuade people from the general public to take an all-expenses paid vacation! The catch being that the flight takes off that very day, within the next 4 hours AND there is only one ticket. Two main challenges of the show are 1. Trying to convince an individual to take this trip all by themselves and agree to leave in the next 4 hours. 2. When our 4 hosts have managed to convince someone and then the race begins to reach their respective homes/ meanwhile get permission to go from parents/spouses/bosses etc., to pack their bags, collect passports, and make it to the airport first before any of the other 3 hosts. The show is hosted by 4 field anchors Kiran Dubey, Tasneem Shaikh, Aashka Goradia, Gurdip Kohli & 1 studio anchor Raju Shrivastav The studio anchor, Raju Shrivastav traces the progress of each of the four field anchors and is in that sense the sutradhar for the viewers as the drama between the four competing anchors unfolds Our studio anchor also provides comic relief with his witty narration while the 4 field hosts are sweating it out. Jet Set Go is part of the 'Fantastic Friday', a new programming block on Star One. The show will be followed by a unique suspense drama D.O.N (Detective Omkar Nath). The excitement continues with the second season of the cult show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 2 the nation wide hunt for the best comic talent and then changes track with Mano Ya Na Mano, a one of its kind show that dwells into the mystical culture and history of India. This electrifying line up of shows promises to break the clutter of regular TV viewing on Friday nights.
