might santo is thinking that dm hits arjun since the scene after her entry in room shift direct to the stairs
to protect dm from police she is remaining quiet and taking all the blame on her self
even when she see that all believe hr to that level that they all are ready to hide her crime so now she find only one way let that is to create hate in the eyes of all the persons eye so any one can speak out the truth (which santo is saying) and the case can be closed and dm is saved by the crunches of police
this can be a strong point for her silience
