Shahrukh starts shooting for Don

He stepped into the Big B's shoes as ICICI brand ambassador, and is definitely amongst the most wanted by the ad world today, as he's always been.

And only yesterday, Shahrukh Khan began shooting for Farhan Akhtar's version of the 1978 hit, Don. The classic's remake also stars Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor in a special appearance. King Khan has been doing marvelous stuff these days. He is probably the busiest actor in town. It was day before that he completed Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.

He is quite positive about the film. He intends to give the character his own touch. He has grown up watching Amitabh's films and is hence quite excited and optimistic about the film. Shahrukh says remakes like the one of Don that is underway, should be increasingly made to make new generations aware about the best of Hindi cinema.
