Rude receptionist

the receptionist's behavior was seriously exaggerated yesterday. such behavior can be seen among the staff of government hospitals where patients are treated freely and not in the private clinic of the city's biggest speech therapist where patients have to pay Rs. 800 per session. for everything her solution just get lost we dont need u. please gimme a break! even successful doctors know very well they cannot restrict their clientale to only the rich who consist less that 0.1% of the population. misbehaving with poor patients who have no means is one thing but misbehaving with middle class patients like Vidya simply doesnt happen. and the last time vidya's appointment got cancelled because she was 10 minutes late. but now she was kept waiting for hours past her appointment time. and i thought the doc was sooooooo punctual. Seriously this speech therapist and experiences around her/him simply doesnt gel with the rest of the realistic stuff shown on AKA.
also didnt vidya get an appointment in the next month? so sameer and arti are still not back from their honeymoon after a month? are they going to return with their kid?
