That lady must be under impression that any other part of india other than Delhi , Mumbai ,Hyd....can not win the contest....her comment was showing nothing but her immaturity.

debo is gettibg all the votes from assam that means very few people from other states like him....saregamapa is india ki voice but debo is not geting votes equally from all over india...so its kind of not indias voice but only assams voice...thats all that women wanted to say...better understant thinks properly and then comment.....

if i a mumbaiite can vote for debojit hundreds of time..why cant his assamese and his people from his home send hundreds of votes..actually na ..this whole system sucks...they shouldnt count which votes r coming from where..they should give the percentages of votes coming to the participants..only the number of votes counts..not the place.

badshah, where did you get your facts from? did anyone give it to you that someone polled 100 votes from one "crazy" fan. for all we know, he could have polled 100 votes from 100 people, all from his region. pls be a little bit analytical and learn to go beneath headlines that just sensationalize things.

and what if you found out that someone like me who is a northie but who perhaps lives elsewhere is voting for VS. wld u think that that is "all india" vote just because i may be residing elsewhere. i may be voting for him just because he is a northie. n if you think that is wrong, then try n be a bit more evolved. in the U.S.A., it is assumed that people will vote by blue/ red state. idea is to somehow have a winning strategy in spite of all that.

n dont u think that there r far better indicators for someone's talent than someone's regional support? for example, how many "learned" musicians are voting for which singer. of course, again, your and my definition of "learned" would probably not be the same.😉

best is to keep regional divides aside! or at least dont get into something which u r not trained to analyze.
