Tia slowly pulls away from him
T - I'm ok, but I..I don't want to see you
Karan looks hurt but he nods his head and leaves and heads home.
Part 33
Karan heads in to the house, he finds Kripa in the kitchen looking upset, he looks confused, he goes to her and kisses her cheek
Kar - you ok mum?
K - I'm ok, but are you?
Karan looks worried for a second but smiles
Kar - of course mum
K - then how do you explain what's happening upstairs?
Kar - what's happening?
K - go see for yourself
Karan turns and heads upstairs, he goes in to Kripa's room but everything is the same, he shakes his head thinking Kripa is messing with him so he heads to his room only to find half of it is missing, he looks around the room and realises KK's stuff has gone, he closes his eyes and sighs, he's about to turn around when KK comes in, KK ignores Karan and picks up the rest of his clothes from his cupboard, Karan follows him to the spare room, he waits for a while before speaking
Kar - what's going on?
KK ignores him, Karan looks frustrated and is about to yell when Angad comes, he puts his arm around Karan's shoulder
A - looks like your brother has sense after all
Kar - why?
A - Karan, when you get married, did you honestly think Roshni was going to be ok with KK sleeping in the same room? of course not, we tried to get you guys to have seperate rooms ages ago but you were inseperable
KK looks up from the cupboard
KK - well things change dad
A - about time, now Karan, I've already placed an order for a king size bed for your room, I'm having the removal company get rid of the other one, there's no point in getting any more cupboards because there's two in there already, Roshni can just have KK's old cupboard
Karan slowly nods his head, he turns and goes to his room, he sits on the bed and closes his eyes only to hear Kripa, he opens his eyes quickly
Kar - mum, what's wrong?
K - how did this break?
Karan looks at Kripa holding the picture of him and KK, he shakes his head and realises KK must have thrown in across the room
Kar - must have fell while KK was taking his things, don't worry, I'll get another frame
He takes the photo from Kripa and puts it face down on the table, he waits for Kripa to leave before closing his door and leaning against it, he feels his eyes well up but doesn't let the tears fall, he slouches down to the floor and stays there until his phone rings, he takes it from his pocket and answers it
Kar - hey Roshni
R - did you hear about Tia?
Kar - yeah, she's fine now though
R - Karan, she tried to kill herself, because of us, are we doing the right thing?
Kar - I don't know, it feels like the right thing, but Tia's and KK's reactions are making it look wrong
R - what do you mean KK's reaction?
Kar - well apart from the fact he tried to beat the crap out of me, threatened to kill me, he decided he was grown up enough to have his own room
R - what? he threatened to kill you?
Kar - yeah but it's only because he's angry, don't worry, he won't do anything stupid
R - and he's moved out of your room?
Kar - yeah, that's what is annoying me the most, we've practically been in the same room since we were born, and now....I dunno, it's like the room is empty
R - I feel bad, like it is somehow my fault
Kar - no way, this is all on me, I should have been up straight with dad from the get go, this is all because of me
Karan goes silent
R - Karan, you ok?
Kar - I'll be fine, listen don't worry about anything, you just.....look good for the engagement tomorrow
R - you don't think KK will do anything stupid will he?
Kar - I honestly don't know, I hope not, I'd hate to think what dad will be like if he does
R - yeah, I'll see you tomorrow ok
Kar - yeah, listen do me a favour and go see Tia, make sure she's ok
R - I tried, she didn't want to see me
Kar - me either....I'll see you tomorrow
Karan hangs up, he gets up from the floor and opens his cupboard, he pulls out his clothes for the engagement and puts them on the chair, he pulls his t-shirt off and gets in to bed.
*Engagement Day!*
Kripa runs in to Karan's room to wake him but finds him standing in fromt of the mirror already dressed, she looks at him and smiles
K - you look very handsome
Kar - thanks mum
K - since you're ready, I'll see if KK is
Kripa goes to KK's new room, she opens the door but he's not there, she looks around for him and finds a note from him saying "Carry on with everything, I'll be back on time, promise"
K - trust him to do something like this
Angad hears Kripa talking to herself, he nudges her, she hands him the note, he laughs
A - this is KK, he's probably got something up his sleeve, don't worry
K - yeah, you're probably right
Angad and Kripa both head downstairs to oversee the final arrangements.
Later that evening
All the guests have arrived, the Khanna mansion is lit up like a firework display with blue and gold lights all over the place, blue and gold streamers and balloons, Roshni arrives with her family, shortly after Tia arrives with her family, Angad and Kripa greet them all. Kripa makes Roshni stand next to Karan, both are matching each other wearing a blue lengha and a blue shervani respectively, Ria and Aryan are matching, both wearing gold, they both look sad yet happy, Tia looks bored and KK is still nowhere in sight. Angad makes his way to the stage with Karan, Roshni, Kripa, Sujal and Kashish, he takes the microphone.
A - Thank you all for coming, first of all I'd like to welcome you to my son's engagement, now without wasting any time, I think we should get on with the engagement
Kripa hands Karan the ring for Roshni, he looks at the ring then at Tia, then towards Aryan and Ria who both look like they're about to cry, he looks at Sujal and Kashish smiling, he smiles himself, he takes Roshni's hand in his and slips the ring on to his finger, from the corner of his eye he watches as Tia backs away from the ceremony and Ria goes after her. Kashish hands Roshni the ring for Karan, she takes it and looks towards Aryan, he smiles and nods his head, she looks for KK but doesn't see him, she takes a deep breath and slips the ring on his finger, everyone begins to clap, Sujal hugs Angad while Kashish hugs Kripa. Angad is about to make another announcement when the lights go out, everyone looks worried until a spotlight comes on, everyone looks towards it and finds KK standing there, Angad gasps, he looks at Prithvi and Sujal, Prithvi leans towards him
P - he looks just like.....
S - he's dressed exactly like him.....
A - am I seeing a ghost?
P - no, that's KK
S - dressed exactly like Kunal
A - wow....
Angad looks at KK again, KK isn't wearing the shervani that Kripa had given him, instead he's wearing ripped faded blue jeans, with a black hooded top with various symbols on there with a trilby hat (http://accessories.about.com/od/hatglossary/g/trilby-hat.htm) He walks slowly in to the hall, the spotlight following him all the while, he stops near the stage and takes the microphone from Angad
KK - apologies for my lateness, looks like I missed the important bit, but oh well, congratulations to my brother
He glares at Karan and forces a smile
KK - and his new wife...to be
KK looks at Roshni, she looks towards the ground, he forces another smile, KK turns and walks the opposite way stopping in the centre of the dance floor, the lights go out again and come back on two minutes later but KK isn't alone now, he's surrounded by 4 girls wearing short skirts and short tops, Kripa looks at Angad who assures her everything will be ok. Music starts playing and KK pulls one of the girls closer to him, to everyone it seems as if he's looking at the girl but Karan, Aryan, Ria, Tia and Roshni all know he's actually looking towards Roshni, he twirls the girl around and begins to sing Tere Bin Ek Pal (Amit Tandon).

KK stops dancing in front of Roshni, he looks hurt but forces a smile, he goes towards Karan and hugs him but whispers in his ear
KK - I hope you don't think I was bluffing about before, I WILL kill you if you marry her
KK grins and steps back and goes towards Angad and Kripa while Karan just looks shocked, Ayan puts a hand on his shoulder. Meanwhile Tia is sitting on her own, KK comes and sits next to her, he puts his arm around her
KK - you know, a beautiful girl like you shouldn't be sad
T - KK, maybe you're forgetting but we're at Karan's engagement, you remember Karan right? my ex-boyfriend?
KK - yeah yeah, but why do you want him to see that you're upset? why not make him see what he's missing?
T - how?
KK - I have a few ideas....
KK leans closer and whispers something in to her ear, she looks shocked
KK - don't worry about the grown ups, they'll think that you're just having fun
T - you sure?
KK - definately, you go....I'll make the introduction
Tia nods her head and goes off, KK makes his way towards the stage again, he waits 5 minutes then takes the microphone
KK - hey folks, looks like we got another number coming up, why not give it up for our not so little Tia!
Prithvi looks worried but KK goes to him
KK - chill chachu, its all good
Prithvi nods his head, the lights go off and a spotlight shines on the stairs, everyone looks and are shocked to see Tia standing there wearing a small skirt and a tube top, she walks down the stairs and stops in front of some guys, she signals for them to come to her, they come and the music starts, Karan looks worried, he glances at KK who merely grins, Tia begins to sing Chhaliya (Tashan)

Tia walks straight past Karan towards KK and hugs him, KK grins at Karan who feels sad. KK whispers something in Tia's ear and she smiles and nods her head in agreement, she walks off and KK grabs the microphone again

KK walks off, the lights go out again but this time two spotlights come on, Tia is standing in the middle of the stage wearing similar clothes but in a different colour and KK is walking down the stairs wearing jeans and a t-shirt, the music plays and he begins to sing Shake It (Naksha)

Guys like I said I'm sorry for the longgggggggggg delay, will try to update quicker next time....maybe weds if i get enough comments....itz a long part....possibly 2 make up for the delay....the wedding part is next....i know its quick but i wanna move on from this storyline lol and im guessing u guys want me to aswell...as i have something in store for aryan and ria and i wanna get on to that.....next part will b long aswell...ill PM those who are on my list already, if anyone else wants future PMs then let me know :D
