Gul Panag, Shaina N C to run for a cause

Shraddha Charitable Trust, a non-profit NGO is a workshop devoted to helping the autistic and mentally challenged young adults. Shaina N C, a fashion designer and politician who has always lent her support to 'Shraddha' is walking hand in hand with these young adults in the Standard Chartered Marathon in the Dream Run to promote their cause. Former Miss India and actress, Gul Panag is also running the Half Marathon to show her solidarity towards this NGO.

Autism is a disorder of the brain that causes lifelong development disability affecting their communication & social abilities thus these challenged people lead their whole life dependant on others. "Shraddha's focus is mainly on rehabilitation and training programme dedicated to empower these adults with special skills to create various artistic articles and utility objects which can be sold. The aim is to make them self-reliant.

These special young adults are taking part in the Standard Chartered Marathon in the Dream Run on 15th January.
