Sumer and Sunaina roll together off the cliff and Uttara keeps riding. Sunaina gets angry at Sumer and Sumer asks for her name. Sunaina thinks Uttara did this and tries to get away, she throws dirt/mud into Sumer's face and runs to her horse and rides away. Sumer is left there. Sunaina rides off in a hurry whilst Uttara is in front. Sunaina catches up. They are neck and neck up till the finish line, where everyone waits and cheers for Sunaina. This update is by Sattvik for India Forums Only not by anybody else for any other forum. Uttara wins and her friends are happy, whilst Sunaina is gutted and her friends run to cheer her up. Sunaina thinks about Sumer pulling her down and then lies on her horse helpless. Sunaina has flashbacks of Sumer when Ratna and Avantika. She hugs Avantika and starts crying. Sunaina is still angry at Sumer for making her loose and runs off.
Sumer doesn't believe she was Sunaina and the Baba lied. Madhav said Baba doesn't lie. Sumer says the real Sunaina will come to him very soon. Sunaina comes on horse and walks to Sumer. She shouts at Sumer and pushes him and he falls down a cliff and bangs his head at a rock and falls unconcious. Sunaina says this is his punishment and Madhav and Anandi try to get Sumer to gain conscious. Sunaina rides off on her horse.
Sumer is at the Gurukul and the doctor checks him. Garjan Singh comes and asks the doctor how he is. The doctor says that Sumer has injured the bottom part of his brain, which is affecting his whole body and he can't say much. Garjan Singh tells him to make him recover as soon as possible and the doctor says the rest is on Ishvar.
Sunaina is suddenly worried about Sumer. The doctor grinds some herbs. The Song: Ishq Na Ishq Ho Kisi Se plays whilst scens on Sunaina crying with flashbacks and Sumer being healed by the doctor play. The song just stops. The doctor says that blood has clotted in his brain/head and the veins have stopped working (which kind of means he has had a stroke in medical terms, I guess). Sunaina tells Ratna and Avantika that she feels Sumer is in trouble.
Sunaina runs off in the night time shouting Bajaiya and sees him (as the young Sumer) drowning. She wakes up from her dream and shouts and Sumer gains conscious. Ishq Na Ishq Ho Kisi Se plays again.
