MUMBAI: Cadbury India has appointed actress Genelia D'souza (Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na) as brand ambassador of Cadbury Perk.
With this, Cadbury India will be re-launching the product in the market and also add a new variant - Perk Poppers - to its kitty.
Cadbury India director-marketing Sanjay Purohit said, "Genelia's connect with the youth made the task of identifying a new face easier. She embodies youthfulness and brand connect in a unique and powerful manner."
The TVC featuring Genelia will go on air shortly. Positioned as 'Take it lightly', the new ad communicates the need to relax and chill when things don't fall in place. Cadbury will roll out the new campagin on outdoor, internet and radio
