Angelina Jolie a vision in white as she joins Brad Pitt on the red carpet in New Orleans Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stormed the red carpet last night at a screening of the actor's new film, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button.
Angelina looked a picture of glamour in a white figure-hugging L'Wren Scott dress, towering peep-toe heels and lashings of red lipstick.
Brad pulled out all stops too with a dapper three piece suit, but it was his moustache that proved a talking point for the 44-year-old.
The star has been sporting the facial hair while shooting war flick Inglourious Basterds and says it is his 'goal' to bring the look back in fashion.
'I don't think 'staches are respected enough,' he told reporters at the event.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which also stars Cate Blanchett, was filmed in New Orleans in 2006 and 2007.
'It's a gorgeous, gorgeous film,' said Brad, who in the movie plays a man who begins life as elderly and grows.
He also described the movie as 'a love letter to New Orleans.'
'There's a sense of magic here, so it made this fantastic story almost believable,' he said.
He said his fondness for the city led him and Jolie to buy an early-1830s masonry mansion in the French Quarter.
Brad has also been checking up on his charity Make It Right, which was launched a year ago.
The program calls for construction of 150 energy-efficient homes in a section of New Orleans washed away when Katrina broke levees August 29, 2005.
Brad said his motivation to see this project through stems from a lot of things, among them his 'love for architecture, a love for technology, a love for fairness and justice.'
But it also stems from his love 'for all things New Orleans.'
'There's just something about this place,' he said.
