The actor will soon move into a huge duplex in upmarket Bandra
Akshay Kumar will soon be moving into a lavish 4200 square feet duplex in the posh suburb of Bandra. The property overlooks the Guru Nanak Park near Turner Road.

Builder Neeraj Gorwani confirms, "It is true that Akshay and we are working out on the details of his new residence. It's a plush 4000 square feet duplex right next to the Guru Nanak Park in Bandra. We are on the verge of sealing the deal, which will reach around Rs 8.5 crore."
Akshay holds a property in Lokhandwala. Apparently, he also owns properties in Mauritius, where he usually heads for his vacations. Akki also has a beach house in Goa.
