She hasn't been able get over her most recent loss!

Smriti Irani who recently made her comeback as Tulsi in 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' is in a very glum mood these days.

She has suddenly become all gloomy and has gone into mourning mode, big time!

The Bitch decided to dig in and find out what has exactly gone wrong with Balaji's favourite fat lady!

Smriti has lost her smile because some costly makeup items which she has exclusively bought for herself have gone missing.


Now Smriti, it's just a make up kit and you are the highest paid female actress in the TV industry. It doesn't seem such a big deal for someone of your stature, really!

Looks like Smriti has just got used to the best and can act pricey whenever she feels like. After all, despite burning bridges with her mentor Ekta Kapoor, she was called back because the Balaji queen herself felt that she can do something about the plummeting TRPs.

So obviously she's treated like royalty.

She is provided with the best possible care and the costliest products including make up, costumes, food and such other things which other actors can only afford to dream of.

But the actress has turned much more demanding and she refuses to use most of these things. She's very particular about her make-up kit. She uses her own make-up kit fearing that the products given by the production house may cause rashes on her face and skin.

Oh yeah, of course she has to take special care of her skin!

Otherwise that would be mocked just like her tyres, double chin and things like that.

So she has made it a habit to carry her own make up kit which she had purchased from aboard along with her to the sets. Her make up man who has been with her since the time when she was a struggling actor is also another regular feature. Well, maybe he can only understand the contours of Smriti's face better!


But this perfect arrangement went for a toss when the usual make-up guy didn't report to the sets for a couple of days. So Smriti had to manage with a temporary make-up artist.

Last week when she was away giving her shots, this very lady make up artist managed to flick a few international products from Smriti's kit.

Smriti didn't realize it until she reached the sets of her home production 'Mere Apne' the next day. When Smriti started getting ready for the shoot she realized that many of her products along with some of her jewellery had gone missing!

The make up artist like any other normal thief feigned ignorance. But since Smriti has no proof she hasn't been able to do much about it. She's just very upset and though she knows the truth she isn't making things too obvious.

Commenting on the issue one of the main actors who doesn't wish to be named said, "This is nothing new for the actors in Balaji. Almost all the actors from the Balaji camp have lost some or the other belongings in the studio including heavy cash."

The actor further adds, "This all happens because of the lack of security in the studios. Any lay man can enter the studio when the shooting is going on."

Now since Smriti can't do a thing about it, its better if she takes a chill pill and comes to terms with the loss fast.

And take it as a part of the unwarranted royal life!
