Woh indirectly usko aurto ke pair pakarwana chahti thi uski beizatti karne ke liye ke tum (according to her and her friends) aurto ki respect nai karte na toh ab aurton ke pair pakro in a humiliating way

That way I do kinda get why Mary was offended by what Mahi said. Mahi in earlier episodes was like sirf khaana banati hai, bhai tum bhi bas khaana thoos thoos ke khaati ho.

Yeh dude iski sui khane pe hi atki hui us se aage jaati nai

Amra and Mary are here only to cook and eat . They have no interest in other things. Sp Mary just wants to feed men.

even Asif got offended. Mary asked to peel aloo if he wants to have pakoda. Apparently she was joking. But yes she has turned into designated cook and kitchen police for this BB season, instigated and controlled by Amra. No other participation nothing.
Mary also has communication issues. Probably will loose one lifeline this wkv
