Well, women don’t usually get massages in Thailand, it’s men so that’s out of question. So sending Tulsi there wouldn’t exactly be a thing….
Bhutan would have been like going on a relaxing trip out of nowhere rather than attending to a family member for a medical emergency. It has to seem like the country is a viable destination for Chirag to have settled there with his family perhaps after his movie career kinda slowed down or he got tired and decided to join the family business for which he was sent abroad either to expand it or to oversee an existing business venture there. Bhutan isn’t that big when it comes to business yet for any Indian to settle there for years when they may as well make monthly trips and stay for a few days or a weekend at most to sort things out.
I would have had them pick something like Mauritius, Malaysia or Kenya. UAE. Most of them allow Indians to travel without visa or provide Visa on arrival or require a DAC/ETA which can be processed in minutes.
The countries should have been where the visa issue is irrelevant because it already has a large Indian and in particular Gujarati community that facilitates business ensuring that Chirag being settled there makes sense and the visa issue is irrelevant simultaneously. NZ does have a growing diaspora but the visa problem wouldn’t have been resolved.
