He could have done this in a different way. He intentionally said this to Kanika because she made a big deal of it previously. Usse pata tha reaction aayega iska. Toh poke kar raha hai woh.

But he is so stupid to do this. Intention matter nhi karta, boundaries matter and if Kanika is not comfortable with the joke then he should just stop.

Pura pagal hai woh. Usse sabji cheezein yaad rehti hai aur Phir woh nikalta hai. I think he thought this is his way to get back at her because she made lollipop a issue earlier.
