He apparently had an accident that has severely damaged his brain, he forgot Tulsi and everyone again and somehow Mandira found him again and named him Amar again and they're going by a couple called the Sanghvis. Mihir doesn't have his memories at all and he's living in the US, Anupam is living in the states too and he called him Saale Saab. Don't think they're married but he thinks they are. He says whenever he sees a Tulsi plant he has some vague flashbacks and his brain hurts.

The day he sees Tulsi, his brain will get a factory reset and he will remember everything

Mihir doesn't have white hair
