It depends on family and home culture TBH. Also exposure to modern values and scientific attitude. Which I feel even lacks in cities at times with girls 20/21 year old coming with third child for vaccinations. So many cases where woman screams in pain during delivery but family doesn't sign consent form because husband is 'busy' or even refuse blood transfusion or pain killers. Very 'educated' 'wealthy' families at times. It's awful.
