Cuz just like wrestlers and other celebs rappers these days also seem to have gimmicks and I think he felt in order to look more authentic he'll have to act like this 😂

TBH- I am surprised with some Qazi and Tanya comparisons. She was such a sly, manipulative player from the start. She was a unique character for sure but I never found her entertaining, moreover, she was fake to the core. Sure it can be said that both are quite fekus but Qazi does most of the things to entertain people, he seems like such a harmless guy and genuinely nice, perhaps that's why a lot of neutrals are liking him, he is not going around manipulating people or creating fights, he is just there to have fun and entertain the audience, that fake wench Tanya was so annoying There's no comparison between them IMO.
