Oh I really hope this is true. The non-stop blaring of music just needs to stop. They are so loud and go on forever. Babies/toddlers' sleep gets affected, kids find it hard to study for their tests/exams. Also it's unfair to force it on anyone and everyone irrespective of whether they are interested in listening or not. Just play it softly at the pandal, no harm doing so. They also need to have a cut off time.
