On an aside- going back to the "almost touch" from yday.

My theory- maybe Saumya wasn't ready to touch Jeet coz she was conscious about it. I think what she feels for him at a subconscious level- she still isn't aware.

The fact that he has become her comfort and the only person who can ease her was pretty apparent in today's epi. In a sea of faces, his was the only she seeked. He has become the calm to her storm.

I genuinely feel she's ready for the "touch" but just unaware. Again- I'm not saying she's reading for romantic overtures or display- just that she maybe be ready for a casual physical "touch". And I feel the first touch will be exactly that- subconsciously done from her end. When even she wouldn't realize she's doing it.

Or at least I hope it happens that way. Effortlessly. ☺️

Yaar apologize coz I think I spammed too much. It's one thing to spam with nice fangirly comments fawning over the show- but I think I went overboard in my criticism spoiling the viewership experience of people who may have liked the episode and had to read through my constant rants 🤣

You know I totally agree with your comments regarding Anoops reservations and thought process. I think I mentioned this in one of my posts that I actually get where Anoop comes from- Jeet doesn't have a name for himself, no family, is illegitimate, is a student who makes enough money to rent a room, and obviously does things that a parent may not like ( like drinking openly and all that tashan with Saxena et al).

So I get why Anup wouldn't be a fan. And LoL the irony is that Anup IS RIGHT. He's fearful of Saumya and Jeet getting too close but there is no flame without fire. They ARE getting close right under his nose 🤣 so his reservations regarding Jeet potentially spoiling his daughter are right. I mean would the Saumya who had never met Jeet be fawning at a guy working out shirtless like she does now? 🤣

My only gripe is the language and tone. Even yday when Anup told Jeet to stay away- he could have articulated it better. That hey her sasural people will be here and they may get wrong ideas to see a guy we aren't related to in the mix so why don't you stay away so that no questions arise.

But he just HAd to resort to the Gunda Mawali Najayaz nonsense which is simply infuriating. Even during that dupatta bike scene- all was acceptable until he did that tumne Daag laga diya Saumya ki dupatta pe. I know Daag was used in a loaded way, not sparingly.

Yeah if they can just control his language, I don't mind Anup much. He's just a father looking out for his daughter at the end of the day.

Oh yes, Anoop could be less crass with his language, but his language is classic 'I don't really have a legitimate reason to hate you so I'll resort to name-calling' defense mechanism not just for himself, but also for Saumya.

Pretty much! You know I know he's probably developing some feelings for Saumya and we were made to believe that because of these feelings he would give precedence to Saumyas request over Anups order not caring about his self respect.

But I'm super glad that they didn't go that route. If there isn't a proper "love realization" track and just burgeoning feelings- it makes sense why he would give some importance to his core self.

Also I forgot to add- the Savdhaan song was back after ages and I enjoyed it for those entire 20 seconds 🤣

Main keh rahi hoon- as long as they show Jeet being in command of the situation and he can own all these losers around him- I have no complaints whatsoever. I hate that last few epis se baar baar they were cornering him. Bahut toxic ho raha tha mere liye personally as a viewer.

I agree Jeet ka helping nature is good but his attitude hits different 🔥

And I'm glad bande me ego nahi hai but self respect hai 👍

Editing and camerawork seemed a bit off in today's episode.

Highlight is obviously the Jeet-Anoop interaction.

Ridhaan might actually be the reason for Soumya's secret coming out in future tracks (will probably get pinned on Jeet tho). If his father was there today, he would've probably put 2 + 2 together regarding Tauji (Ridhaan's behaviour with the hockey stick in that earlier episode, and today's one)

Roop's audacity increases- the use of the word khandit

At this rate, Soumya will take Jeet along with her in dowry wherever she goes

Yaar is show ki editing has always been awful. Bahut discontinuity dekhti hai even in minute scenes. I have learnt to look past it 🥲

And lmaooo at Saumya taking Jeet along in her dowry. Wohi lag raha hai ab toh the way she's so dependent on him so much so as to even stand next to Sarthak she needs to have a look at Jeets Chand ka Mukhda first to give her some Rahaat. Bbg is down bad 🤣🤩
