Agreed, the lighter will be used somehow. Do you think Rakshit will use the lighter while Appu tries to find him? Or she will find it and use it? Or he will wake up once she comes, they both get stuck, and then use it? The promos so far have no burnt stuff around. I had assumed A would find R unconscious and then get him to hospital soon after but if they do use the lighter, might mean they'll be in the freezer together longer than I thought

If is same to same to RM scene then he can try to make a fire to keep himself bit more warm until someone comes to rescue him,will win few more minutes awake. Precap could be misleading too,maybe she will confess but in another place like hospital,maybe same as A after fire incident he will also lose 1 life and return after her confession. Let's see,don't have unlimited time to find him/them with temperature already at -20.

Maybe even appu will be stuck inside then she will find lighter in his pocket or he will be awake to tell her that Fire make fire alarm goes on if there is one or that cctv guys notice smoke

Yes,they still have few things to repeat here like him trying to stop the cold air or finding something to cover himself. Again,if she's also stuck there then will have some minutes to be found/saved,is a freezer not 1 normal storeroom to stay there for hours and remain alive until families&police finally remember they need to search,fight later.
