Although I don't know what the young man sprayed, I would not like a comparison between the Modi government and the Hitler regime... Hitler may have had his "Arier" (Aryan) obsession, but there still are harsh differences - fortunately.
I like that some also focus on what was so good as human activities during the protest...and still is... it gives hope 
I'm completely sure that this man knows things about Modi and other people in the government and many, many wrong-doings, corruption things, money laundering, crores of crores brought out of the country, use of drugs and oppression to keep Indian people mum, etc... etc... he will either get pampered or die a 'natural' death/or an 'accidental' one (although, those people 'in the knowing' may have stored proof which will get published if something 'untimely' happens to him)... a corrupt and criminal government can't afford to sack someone of the 'inner circle' with still the power to 'blow the whistle'.
T h i s governement never ever will accept a n y failure... they have n o regards for a n y general people's struggle ... just for the (ha ha) struggle of themselves and those who are supirior to them on the capitalist-ladder.
Most of them seem to be rotten to the core - or at least suppressing what their moral conscience tells them... I hope that Karma will get them... in this life or the next one...
