It's interesting that the producers (Huma and her brother Saqib Saleem) pitched a movie (action thriller) with a subject close to that of Alpha against the YRF production... I know that Saqib had - briefly - worked as an actor for YRF (his first two movies) and ventured into production last year with his sister's movie Single Salma (which also was directed by Nachiket Samant, the director of this movie).

The trailer is a bit too dark (in lightning) for my taste and the movie about a deaf&mute hitwoman (also educated by a man) seems to be without the touch of humour I see in Alpha - but maybe there had been dark humour in the dialogues I could not understand without subtitles. (Which doesn't say anything about its quality as a movie, though. smiley2)

With the clash, I wonder if the trio wants to make a kind of 'statement'...

I think the humour is lot to do with the setting & references more than the dialogues. Also loved how they have taken the likes of Chunky Pandey, Himashu Malik & Seema Pahwa in very different roles than their usual typecast ones

I can't wait for this! Looks so interesting... I heard Saqib is doing an item song in this movie - that alone is worth the wait to me. But but but rest of it looks amazing too - full of surprises and suspense...

Oh what a stud he is smiley42

Huma has a distinct appeal among the public. She is a beautiful woman. Whatever the film earns initially,it will be because of her.

Hope the film is good and does a Main Vaapas aaonga at the BO.

Trailer was interesting.
