No Priya doesn't deserve sympathy.... But her child deserve equal opportunity to grow in healthy environment...

It doesn't matter if it belongs to Ashwin or someone else.... Sayali should not forget that MB accepted her in aashram without knowing who her parents were or for that matter other aashram kids

That is why MB character deserves more appreciation than any other character of TTM...

He accepted all aashram kids including priya and Sayali with whole heart, and selfless love... He provided for basic needs of the children with due care as shown initially....
