Sorry to say Rosy, the players of Sehwag's generation have always been the cry babies. They always wanted that the previous accolades of the players should make them a permanent place in the team.
They all howled and cried even when they were removed from the team by MS and eventually MS himself dropped when he couldn't perform to the T.
That's been the norm now, it's the survival of the fittest and that's how Indian cricket team has stood on the top spot. It's either you perform or someone deserving is already ready to take your place. And that's how I think it works. And I think it's okay.. nothing to feel "insecure" about.
