We all as audience tolerated crap (wanted to use another word here but this is a public forum so) Nohir track so that we get the payofff in TuHir tracks!!

Maybe the second marriage might have Kanyadaan by parents of first/ex husband, but I don't think (may be wrong)birth family can do it

Technically, in a divorce, the girl is relinquishing rights by virtue of dissolving the relation. So, I don’t think it would matter who does the Kanyadaan the second time round as long as the Gotra of the future husband is not the same as her father's (because i believe Gotra is tied to bloodline and DNA mapping). Again, since there was no concept of divorce and I am not an expert in the subject, i wouldn't claim surity.

My take on the ongoing track is:

Ansh was wrong in case of Nandini and Tulsi punished him.

Reyansh/Dev may have done the same out of spite, instigation, whatever

Niyati will do what Tulsi did and this incident, inturn, will trigger her past trauma of realisation and she may shoot herself.
