All of that is ok when things are under cover yaar. Now that when he said he has feelings, it falls on her to draw lines. It is basic thing... right. I am criticizing makers only to show things so insensitively. It takes away the emotions...You are crying in front of person who said he has feelings for you!! and you are half naked on top. How will anyone connect to her emotions....

lets disagree on this...It is not men vs woman. It is drawing lines between the characters...writers should take care

cleavage is not a sexual organ.

isko Dekh ke bhi if boys can not control their urge then problem lies with them & not with Mannat or Malla or any other girl...

And physically no 1 has crossed the line. So no its NOT Mannat's responsibility to draw a line when she has not even crossed it.

Dk has still not crossed his boundary or touched her inappropriately to make her feel uncomfortable.

Dk shared his feelings with ManVik, for us morally its wrong, understandable but Mannat cannot stop or control his mind when for the past 7 yrs she never crossed her line & always considered her best friend which even DK knows very well..

So that small hug wont create any sexual or love feelings all of a sudden for him now when he was planning to get back Mannat & Dua all along.

Ps - just showing cleavage is not being naked. Its pretty much a normal attire. Only reservation is not to make actress wear such dress during religious events. Thats it...

Mannat trusts him over and above anything else. Plus story wise if she gets conscious now then, she clearly also can suspect his intentions, that’s a huge turning point in the story they don’t want now.

And about the accident this week, IPL finishes on Sunday, it’s only after that the story willl move smiley36

I don’t know why I am so Zen today smiley6

You are putting the onus on a woman ... to 'behave appropriately' and to 'dress conservatively'.

Not on a man who has switched or was supposedly fooling her with the 'friendship' tag for 7 years.

Mannats feelings are clear... she doesnt love DK .. sees him as friend. It is he who has changed. She hasnt. According to her even DK knows Mannat loves Vik. Why should she worry about how her dressing affects him?

And if does affect him then it reflects badly on him not her!!!! A woman's outfit should never be considered as an invitation 🫤

She isnt dressing boldly to 'entice' him... he was enticed even when she was 'covered up'. 🤦‍♀️

This is her happy dressing... when she is content with her life. It doesnt have anything to do with DK or even Vik. 🙄

Whether the audience likes it or not!!!!

Yaar i am talking about writers to place such scenes and inappropriate clothing. I dont want to prove anything about my ideas on feminism. I trust you know them.

I cant wear such dress to my work and expect that no one will stare at me! Nor approve any woman or man in my team to dress like that. If there is a couple working in my team, I will more than make sure the lady wont dress anything like that because her husband who has feelings for her is part of my team! :D There are boundaries and clothing defines boundaries. Also there is an entire industry that survives on lingerie and seduction. If there in no concept like seduction and clothing helping it, then why do women wear such special clothes for special ones?!

When writing is bad, presentation is bad, we have to call out. Not support the writers. IMO.

It is not about Mannat, not about ayesha. It is about writers placing the woman who is distressed, in wrong clothes in front of man who has feelings. The meaning changes. I never bothered much because the dressing has been like this in this show. But now it is interfering with the story. If DK is shown as a crook, why would i expect any decency from him. If a woman is shown to be not able to analyze the feelings of the man when he just confessed his feelings, then whats the use of her brain? That is how writers are making it look like. Writing and presentation is bad. I could not overlook it.

It is not clothes also, it is everything. Why is mannat staying in outhouse while romancing the dude openly. She wants to show they are a couple to Dua, then why is she not moving out of outhouse. Will you write like this? it is so so confusing.

If one has to talk about feminism and equality, let mannat have a profession and job! smiley37

I am waiting for the day when you call out the writers for their absolute stupitdity instead of backing them up yaar! doesnt make sense when you defend them.

This I will take as a better explanation. Writers are crazy. They did well in few episodes, now back to their original creativity.

And anyway thats your perspective...

I will only mention one element that you have raised.

The stylist of the show have always dressed Ayesha, Sharain, Mona and now Neha Leena in these deep neck, revealing clothes.

Thats style vision or whatever for the show. Most of us dont like it.

Ayesha as FL was styled in 'vampy dressing' right from beginning in noodle strap blouses, backless suits etc. And some people heavily criticized her for that. As if thats Ayeshas choice 🤦‍♀️

All of us have been frustrated by some of the outfit choices and especially the saree draping but by now we have come to accept it. So we or atleast I ignore it now.

That said, its sad that a woman is still the one who is expected to maintain propriety just because another man has ill intentions for her. Shouldn't we have moved past all that???

Mannat was wearing high neck covered suits in Indore. Boring plain stuff. Did it stop DK from having feelings for her???

People criticized her then for being close to him, hugging him in panic attacks, wiping his tears etc.

Why should a woman's outfit or her behaviour to a man she considers friend be a marker on what a man feels for her???

Why are we still expecting a woman to maintain all boundaries just because a man around her is not right????

When will men be held accountable for what they do irrespective of how a woman dresses 🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤

Sad 🤐🤐🤐

P.S. I dont like criticism of Mallas dressing either. She is entitled to wear whatever she likes. What looks odd onscreen is when Yuvi is supposed to hug her when she is wearing such clothes. And thats for Sharain and Lakshit not for Malla and Yuvi.

But thats my personal opinion.

Shivani used to drape sarees this way in Ishqbaaaz too. Personally, it reminds me of a kaam wali bai randomly tucking in her saree with paloo loose & ready to fall.

I am not that conservative but I have never understood why especially the FL on ITV has to expose her back all the time. For me Nalla’s dressing is way too much exposure. She may as well go topless as that’s the only tiny piece of cloth being used on it. And she needs to dress down at home, constantly overdressed. And not appropriate around 2 growing boys.

And today, Dua spoke EXACTLY like Yuvi does today. I was itching to thappad maro her. Kaash Neetu had give her one!
