Absolutely. Adnan.portrays Vikrant with all heart. You do not see the actor there, it's the character which lives on. I absolutely loved his realisation about how he has messed up everything.

Adsha voice modulation is brilliant. Uska humsafar banna chahta tha, uska gunehgar ban gaya....then ofcourse the gully scene..meri beti, humari beti......when he fondly goes near Dua..hey bachcha.....oh dear..he steals the show.

And that's why it is so difficult to dislike or be angry with Vikrant and that is majorly due to Adnan's portrayal in making it so believable and relatable (of course direction matters but the output at the end depends on the actor)..

And also love how he adds all the nuances...

The DM marriage truth should have come out during the custody case. Now after knowing that Dua is his daughter and DM are not married he must have realised that Mannat never cheated on him. So now he should try to talk it out with Mannat and resolve their issues and make a place in their life again, if after knowing he goes for custody will it not push Mannat further away from him because she will think that he is snatching Dua from her. She will fight tooth & nail for Dua. And supposedly he is thinking of getting back with her then what he plans to do with Yashika. Per him she is a good girl, he already left her at mantap once now again ditching her makes him look so so bad ( given he doesn't know her real intentions). So what he thinks, that he will go and tell her I got my love back thank you so much for supporting me so far but now you can go tata bye bye. Does he think it's that easy. Does he think Mannat will agree to that. Mannat has a very strong moral compass. She will never agree for him to leave a girl for being with her. Does Neetu think Y will go easily from Vikrants life. I know she does not have a moral compass else she wouldn't think of separating Dua from DK. She wanting Vikrant to have Dua is understandable but she wanting DK to lose Dua and only Vik should have her is very very wrong. Custody case at this stage will mess things up even more. After knowing DM are not married he should have simply spoken to Mannat and DK and found a middleground.

That is true. Legally, Manvik were not married. DM are not married. Even if Mannat decides to go with DK, the child's legitimacy is something the court will ask for.

Loved the episode. And today it is only because of Duvik. Both Trisha & Adnan did such a fantastic job. I just love it when in a TV show everyone does their very best so that even the most ridiculous situations seem real.

• Continuing from yesterday, Mannat walks off with Dhairya.
• Vikrant is upset. He agrees that DK has right over Dua but doesn't he also have any rights? Neetu enters
• She explains to him the role DK played in the 7 years. She says they never lacked anything through these years, he took care of them without expecting anything in return. He was Mannat's support. She is completely under ehsaan to DK. When they reached Mumbai his behaviour changed.
• Vikrant is sceptical and doesn't agree. he does feel that he let Mannat down. When she needed him the most he wasn't there. He blames himself completely.
• Now Neetu feels DK is responsible for the whole mess, he came into their lives to destroy their family. This has been taken from the DK theories floating around. But maybe she believes he is taking revenge for destroying the Kumar family.
• Neetu tells him to fight for his family.
• Yashika overhears. And is in a panic. Malla who is too calm for words; tells her everything is over if Vikrant knows. She says even Yuvi will not help the situation! Why is she so calm? Has her mom already made a comeback somewhere? Yashika tells her it is Neetu who is encouraging him to fight for Dua.
• Vik comes running to fight. When he sees Dua. Dua is crying. he goes to her. She explains that everyone is sad; especially her Baba. She tells what DK means to her; while he listens with a mixture of hurt & regret. Adnan just aced this scene. THough I read the updates, I was not ready for this scene.
• Since i am squarely in Mannat's team, I am wondering Mannat had nothing to do with Dua's upbringing? She is also just a uterus? (I am exaggerating; I know this whole baba thing is to push the conflict ) It is also to show how traumatised Dua will be if anything happens to her little family set up.
• Which is what Vikrant realises, and he quickly decides something, he promises to bring back the smile on Baba's face.
• Compared to Duvik, the DM scene completely falls short. Mannat sees him distraught & promises him he will always be Dua's Baba. Am not saying anything more because I have already said enough. And with Neetu pushing to file for custody, we know how ugly it's going to get.
